Alex looked at her. He shifted the chains on his wrist clanking agents the floor. "Well this is a nice change of scenery.." He said "It's a prison cell!" She yelled. He huffed. "I was being sarcastic." "On the list of things I don't need right now, your sarcasm is at number two." "And number one is...?" "I don't need to be in a prison cell." He sighed and looked away. Meanwhile Rissa was taking in their surroundings. They were in some kind of underground basement. We searched for anything out of the ordinary. Something on the wall caught her eyes. A small hook with three dangling keys. She nudged him. "Look over there. Keys." His eyes followed hers to the hook. "They probably work the cell." "Whoa, When did you become smart oh wise one?" He mocked. "When I stopped listening to you." "ouch that hurt." Alex was unsure of how they were going to obtain those keys. Just then a cloaked figure walked in brown hair peeked out of the hood. "You," He nodded to Rissa "Come with me." She got up and walked over to the cell chains clanking along the way. "What about him?" She asked referring to Alex. "He will stay here." He turned and walked away Rissa following right behind him. Alex watched her leave, wondering what they wanted and how long they would be separated. He looked up as little vents opened on the ceiling. A vapor flew out. The room was filled with a sweet indulging smell. It was irresistible. Before he knew it he was swept away. Quickly his vision faded and he fell into the trap of sleep. Rissa followed the man through a long hallway. Trying to remember the way there she walked silently. They reached a small room with a few chairs and a table. He led her in and motioned for her to sit. She sat down at the same time a large man walked in. "Did you take care of the boy?" The larger one asked. She knew instantly they were referring to Alex. "Yes." The other one replied. Rissa coughed and spoke up "What did you do to him?" She asked her anger rising. A flame of rage burned within her heart. They both glared at her. "I'm not afraid of you!" She shouted. "Oh sweetheart," The bigger one said grinning, "you should be." He ran and swung at her. His punch connected on the first try. Her vision faded instantly and she was unconscious even before her limp body hit the cold concrete floor.
