Sherlock and John

Everyone started guessing idea, well, everyone except Sherlock and John. Sherlock was staring at the theory map he made on the table of possible ways Moriarty could be alive. Almost everything was a dead end. The "stunt double" theory, the "enter theory here" theory, and the "another theory" theory. All dead ends, except... Sherlock grabbed a paper and wrote "Not human" and pinned it to the map, he started moving strings around to fit it in. His mind working at mega speed when he heard his partner call his name.

"Sherlock." John said "What are you doing?"

Sherlock looked up at the group they were all staring at him, some with interest and some with confusion. The Doctor walked over and looked at Sherlock's map. "What do you think?" He asked the detective.

"I-I don't know." He said. Sherlock collapsed in a chair. This was a lot to take in. Aliens, monsters, Moriarty, and Rosy. All in the course of a day. All this in one day? He thought. Sherlock looked at the clock, 8:54 PM.

John followed Sherlock's gaze and knew what he was thinking, he wouldn't admit it, but he was tired. He had not slept since Rosy left. John sighed, he did not want to stop looking either, but they were only human, well, at least Sherlock and John were. "Why don't we take a break. This is a lot to take in and we could USD the rest. Do you all have a place to sleep?"

The Doctor nodded. "Rose and I can stay in the TARDIS."
The Winchesters also nodded, Dean said that they had a hotel room, but were running low on pounds. The Doctor offered them to stay with him and they agreed. The four guests left 221B, leaving the sad and desperate couple alone

John walked over to Sherlock and places his hand on his back. "Sherlock?" The army doctor asked, concerned.

"I am fine. I just-" Sherlock said, but was cut off by John.

"No, you are not fine. You need to rest. Please, come to bed with me." He begged. Sherlock wanted to protest. He wanted to stay up and find Rosamund, but John was right. Sherlock was too tired to out up a fight. He nodded and they went to bed.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sherlock's eyes snapped open, his heart beating fast, his body covered in a cold sweat, the sound of Moriarty's insane laughter echoed in his ears. His eyes focused in the dark as he comes to a conclusion, it was just a bad dream.
Sherlock sat up and looked at his sleeping partner, he looked so calm and peaceful, Sherlock wished he could be like that, he tried so hard to calm his brain, to focus on one thought at a time. The only time he experienced that was..., was years ago, not since Rosamund was not even one.
He needed a hit.
He had promised John he would stop. He couldn't break that promise, but he needed to. If it meant a peaceful night's sleep. Sherlock slowly got out of bed, careful not to wake John, got dressed and left the flat.
Sam and Dean
The brother followed the Doctor and Rose outside. They followed them right up to a tiny blue Police box. The time travelers went I side, but the boys hesitated.
"All four of us are supposed to sleep in there?" Sam asked. "Its only eight inches taller than me."
The door opened again and Rose stepped out with a mischievous grin.
"You boys coming?" She asked.
"In that tiny thing? I don't think so." Said Dean. Rose rolled her eyes and grabbed Sam's arm.
"Come on." She said as she pulled him in. Sam grabbed onto Dean and the three of them entered the TARDIS.
This can't be right. Dean thought. He looked around at the gigantic time machine. It was huge!
At the center was the Doctor standing next to a control panel, smiling at them.
"Hello, boys." He said.
"Uh, hi." Sam said awkwardly, still in shock.
Rose ran to the top of a flight of stairs that led down.
"Follow me to the rooms." She said. The brothers followed as the shock of the size of the massive ship faded away.
They followed her down a hall, passing lots of doors with different shapes and sizes. Rose stopped in front of one with a rose engraved on the door.
"This one is mine. You two can use the one across from it. Don't worry, it has two beds." She winked and went into her room. The boys went in there's which oddly looked like a hotel room.
Sam took the bed farthest from the door while Dean took the closest. They both took off their pants and shoes and laid in the bed.
They sat in the time machine in silence.
"Sammy?" Dean asked.
"Yeah, Dean?"
"What are we doing? We are sleeping in an Alien's time machine while trying to help Sherlock Homes try to find his daughter."
Sam thought for a second. "We have done crazier things."
"Like what?!" Dean said.
"Well, there was the thing with the horsemen, and that time with Gabriel."
"Which time?"
"All of them."
Dean chuckled. "True, but something still does not feel right."
"Maybe we should call Cas." Sam suggested. "Ask him to poke around more about the Doctor."
"That is a good idea." Dean sat up and began to pray. "Hey, Cas, we need a hand down here. We are currently on a time machine with an alien and are kinda in over our heads."
The boys waited for almost five minutes when Sam finally spoke up. "Maybe he can't come because of the machine. Like it has bad Angel reception."
"Or," Dean said as he stood and puts his clothes back on, "the 'Doctor' is not letting him come in."
Sam sat up and watched his brother. "Dean! What are you doing?"
"Going outside to see if I can get Cas in here." Dean left the room and creeped down the hall. He tried to remember the way to the control room, and his memory served him well. Soon, he was at the stairs that led to the control room. He walked up them slowly, trying not to make a sound. He rested his hand on the gun in holster.
"Hello, Dean."
The Doctor and Rose
The Doctor watched as Dean whipped around and pulled his gun out of its holster and aimed it at the Doctor's face. "Whoa, there. I am unarmed."
