Rose
Three Weeks Later

I spin around and smile. My beautiful wedding dress feels perfect, and the train flows to my back.

"It's perfect!" I say in awe. The dressmaker smiles at me.

"It a week, you'll walk down the aisle..." Ashlyn sighs. The bridesmaid dresses were pretty, too.

"So, Ashlyn

"So, Ashlyn. You and Peter getting married soon?" Amelia winks at her.

Ashlyn blushes and fiddles with her fingers, "I don't know. How about you and William?"

Amelia smiles, "We're already married." We gasp at her. The dressmaker had walked out to get the king and queen to see us.

"What?!" I protest.

She smiles, "Well, we are not technically married. We just say that. We've been 'married' for about two weeks." She winks at us and we burst into laughter. Mother and Father walk in and gasp.

"Ohh, you look so beautiful. I would never have thought." Mother smiled, tears coming to her eyes, "In a week."

I smile, "I'll officially be your daughter in law in a week, Queen. I'm excited."

She smiled in my direction, "As am I. The whole kingdom is coming and other neighboring kingdoms as well as Lander, Amster, and Philippe." Ashlyn, Amelia, and Lily blush. I laugh and twirl in the dress. Then it hits me.

"Are Emerald and the United Pearl River Kingdom coming?" I inquired.

King Edward got stiff, "No. They are a danger to all the kingdoms. Allowing them to come may cause more difficulties." Everyone became silent. The dressmaker came back and we changed from our dresses.

"Rose, dear. You haven't choosen your bouquet or the food or the cake. Perhaps we can sort that out now since Aaron is still here," Queen Victoria nods at me. I nod and follow her to the garden. A lady wearing a dark red dress stood leaning over flowers. She turned and bowed when she saw us.

"Devonne, this is Lady Rose. She will marry Prince Aaron in a week. She needs a bouquet," Queen Victoria states.

Devonne nods, "So, Lady Rose, what kind of flowers were you thinking?"

"White and light pink roses," I answer.

Devonne nods, "A rose for a Rose." I giggle and Devonne leaves. The queen led me to the kitchen to discuss the food, drink, and cake. Aaron waits for me and we have a quiet discussion about the food.

"For the food, we want the first course to be a caprese salad. Second course would be a filet mignon. For the third course a slice of wedding cake or a slice of raspberry cheesecake," Aaron says.

They nod and a man asks, "What kind of wedding cake do you want?"

"A classic vanilla buttercream cake with five layers and roses. Can you do it?" I inquire. The teams nods and write the notes in pads.

Aaron kisses my forehead and puts his hand in mine, "Having fun love?"

I nod, "It's been exciting! I can't believe we are soon to be married."

He stares into my eyes, "Yes, it is. And I'll be married to the most beautiful woman in the world." He kisses my lips. I kiss him back.
