"Let's move! We don't have all day." Charles barked at the group of bandits that streamed past him.
They had been running all day and the night after their last job, which involved them robbing a cart heading to castle Araluen.
"Can't we rest for a while? We have been running long enough, the Rangers won't find us." complained one of the men.
Charles scowled at them as others agreed with the man that had spoken out. " Fine, but don't complain to me when they catch up and put arrows through our hearts!"

The group of bandits sat down with groans as the cramps and pains in their legs stretched out. A canteen of water was passed around, and several fires where started.
Charles ordered two of his men to scout around for any sign of them being followed or watched.

Once night fell, and the tents set up, one of Charles's main followers went up to him and sat by his fire
"So what do we do now? What's the next target?" Charles looked at him for a while before replying.
"I don't know, but an idea will come to me sooner or later...why do you want to know?" he asked suspiciously.
"Word has it that in a couple days, the Rangers will have their regular gathering..."
Charles gestured for him to continue.
"...and I thought it would be good to do some damage in the next fief we cross in when there's no one to get in the way."

Charles thought this over for awhile in his head before giving a nod of approval. "What's the next fief?" he asked. "From the map it says we are close to the Redmont boundary."
