Chapter 10

Olivia's POV

I woke up from the sound of laughter. It was Maddie, I thought noting of it because her and Sam are always up around that time making noise. I went to close my eyes and heard a man's voice. I jumped up  still in that short black silk nightgown only minus the matching robe. I ran down the stairs and into the family room and saw Maddison on Elliot's lap. What the hell he was doing here? Shit! Last night, I totally forgot. I didn't realize I was standing here just looking at them just hoping he would disappear

"Mommy!" She yelled at me.

I looked at her and saw they were both looking at me.

"Yeah?" I said shaking my head

"Daddy's here!" She told me jumping up and down on his lap. I heard him groan and whisper stop.

"I see. Did you eat?" I asked seeing only the tv on

"Uh no. I didn't want to go through your stuff. I was just about to wake you." Elliot spoke up rubbing his neck in embarrassment that he didn't feed his own daughter

"Elliot is fine." I assured him, walking into the kitchen

"Did Sam wake up?" I asked them as I bent down to get a pan

"No. And I think that's a good thing." Elliot answered, I guess he was walking in since I heard footsteps.

I chuckled at what he said and as I was standing back up I banged my head.

"Fuck!" I yelled as I dropped the pan and stood up rubbing my head

"Let me see." Elliot said coming close to me and taking my hand off my head looking at the stop where I hit it.

He was so close to me that his body was leaning into me which made me lean onto the counter. I felt something poking my thigh and moved a little. Elliot's breath hitched. That's when I realized it was his package! Damn I think he got bigger.

"It's just gonna be a little red." He told me clearing his throat and moving back.

I looked down and saw his member rising in front of his sweatpants. I quickly looked up and Elliot looked embarrassed again.

"I'll be right back." He told me quickly leaving the kitchen and into the guest bedroom.

"Maddie what do you want for breakfast?" I asked her from the kitchen since she was on the couch watching tv

"Chocolate!" She yelled

"Maddison I told you no chocolate for breakfast!" I yelled back

"Yes!"

"Maddison!"

"Please!"

"Want time out?!"

She was quite for a moment.

"Chocolate chip pancakes?

"Ok!" I told her and received no response

"Liv I gotta tell you. These are probably the best pancakes." Elliot told me as him, Maddison and I ate at on the bar that was in the kitchen.

"Yeah mommy, daddy right." Maddison said with her mouth full

"Thanks." I said chuckling

I reached over to get the syrup and a big amount of cleavage showed. I saw Elliot take a quick look and turned his attention back to his plate. Guess he didn't want a hard on in front of his daughter.

We was eating in comfortable silence.

"I smell food!" I heard Sam yelled as she walked down the stairs

Me and Elliot looked at each other.

"Aunt Sammy! Look!" Maddison said jumping out her seat and running over to Sam who just reached the bottom of the stairs.

"Hey midget! What you want me to look at?" Sam asked as she picked up Maddison

"Daddy here!" She yelled

She quickly looked over at us and put Maddison down. God why can't she just accept him!

"Are you crazy?" Sam asked me as she walked into the kitchen

"Sam." I signed putting my head in my hands

"No! Why is he here so early? Are y'all screwing each other?" She yelled at me

"Ok your out of line! He is Maddison father! His gonna be involved in her life for now on! Get over it!" I yelled getting in her face

"So what if he decides if he doesn't want to be in her life anymore than what?! Your gonna want me to get you out of bed! To pick up all the pieces that he broke!"

I didn't know what happened after that. I lost it and threw a punch which landing on her face. I stopped and looked at what I have done.

"Mommy!" Maddison yelled at me. There my daughter was crying and shaking in fear because of me.

"Mad-I.." I tried to speak but couldn't.

She had ran into Elliot's arms. Who had not said anything in this whole fight. They walked away into his room. That's when I looked back at Sam. She was holding the side of her face. I saw a tear go down her pale freckled face. It broke my heart.

"Sam." I whispered

"Don't. I'm gonna go, Jace asked me to move in with him. I think I'm gonna say yes." She told me not looking at me

"You don't have to." I told her shaking my head trying not to cry, we lived together for 8 years. We brought this house together. She my best friend.

"Liv. Look what happened when he showed up. Noting good! It's obvious he's staying here. This is for the best." She told me

"I'm sorry."I told her as tears pooled into my eyes

"Me too." She told me, turning away and walking up the stairs

I'm standing here crying, I just lost my best friend, my other half, myself.

Sooo?? Was it good? Are you guys happy Sam is gone😭! Next time where going to work! How is Cragen gonna react when he finds out his  detectives are living under the same roof raising a child? Find out in the next chapter!! Please RR! It's will mean everything to me😘
