Chapter 15

Olivia's POV

It's been 2 months since Aaliyah was in my life. Her dad was in jail for rape and child abuse and her mom was out on a business trip for a week and Aaliyah has been hear for 2 days already. She meet Maddison and Maddison fell in love. It was pretty hard on her when Samantha left. She was there since the day she was gone and then disappeared. She saw her once since the fight but we didn't speak to each other.

Elliot finally found an apartment which was fine. Maddison didn't understand why he couldn't just stay, he needed his space I needed mine. Now Maddison, Aaliyah and I was watching this new movie called Moana.

"Liyah I'm sorry if this is too kiddish." I said grabbing a hand full of popcorn

"Are you kidding Liv? I wanted to watch as soon as it came out!" She told me her eyes never leaving the tv

"Shhhhhh!" Maddison yelled at us sitting on the end of the couch

I looked at her and rolled my eyes, I heard Aaliyah giggle and continue to watch the movie.

Mommy? What time is daddy coming to get me?" Maddison asked me.

After the movie ended I went to pack Maddison bag for her to stay with Elliot for the weekend. Every weekend she stayed over at Elliot's house but he was able to see her whenever through out the week.

"He should be here soon. I guess he stuck in traffic." I said looking down at my watch.

Elliot was never late when it involves Maddison. He was always excited to see his daughter.

"Otay!" She answered and went back to giving me clothes.

As I was zipping up her book bag Aaliyah yelled the door and Maddison jumped off the bed and ran out the door.

"Be careful!" I yelled grabbing her little pink suitcase and Doc McSuffins book bag and went down the stairs.

"Daddy!" I heard Maddison yelled once I got down the stairs.

"Hey Elliot." I said nodding and placing her stuff near the door.

"Can I talk to you?" He asked me.

He seem a little nervous but I really didn't think anything of it.

"Sure. Come in the kitchen." I said leading the way

"So what's up?" I asked leaning back on the counter

"Today started the custody joint between me and Kathy." He said looking down and his feet

"What does that mean?" I asked

"It means I get them every other weekend and I have them now." He said slowly

"What do you mean you have them?" I asked

"I have them this weekend and there in my car." He told me

"Wait....what do you want me to do?" I asked getting a little upset

"For you to let Maddison come and spend time with her siblings." He said looking me in the eye

"Did you not hear me say weeks ago that I don't want them around my daughter!" I yelled

"What the hell am I suppose to do?!" He asked me

"The days you have them she won't come! Ok." I said

"No! We agreed that she will come with me every weekend!" He yelled in my face

"We did not go to court! That agreement was something that was decided maturely but it's thrown out the window once your kids became involved!" I yelled

"What is so wrong with them?!" He asked me

"Your daughter acted like a bitch to Maddison! Shes four years old Elliot! She did nothing wrong! I don't want her around that!" I yelled

"Please just let them come in? To meet her and you could sit right there." He said to me

"Elliot I swear-"

"I get it." He said

I nodded and walked out the kitchen.

"You better." I said rolling my eyes
