Chapter 12

"Benson! Stabler! My office!" Cragen voiced boomed as Olivia and Elliot walked in the squadroom.

They followed Cragen into his office and sat down quietly waiting for him to say something.

"Now tell me why the hell is your daughter called me to tell me that you left Kathy for Olivia?" He asked Elliot as he sat at his desk

"Cap. I didn't leave Kathy first of all she left me, and me and Olivia are not together." He told Captain

"So where are you staying? Since I know your not with Kathy and the kids." Cragen asked him

Olivia looked over at Elliot and saw he was staring at her.

"With me." Olivia told him in almost a whisper

"Excuse me?" He asked Olivia

"With me." She repeated in a annoyed voice

"I thought you said your not with Olivia?" Cragen asked looking back at Elliot

"I'm not. You know we have a child together right?" Elliot asked him

"Yeah. Wanna explain that also?" He said looking at both Olivia and Elliot

"About 5 years ago...

Flashback

Olivia's POV

"Come on Liv!" My friend Wendy yelled at me

We was at the bar, drinking, talking about lack of sex and anything else we could think of. Now this dancing song came on and Drunk Wendy over here
wants to dance.

"No we should go home." I told her trying to be louder than the music

"Please! I'm don't wanna leave just yet. We can even find someone for you to go home with." She told me wiggling her eyebrows

"Wendy!" I said looking at her

She looked at me then made her bottom lip poke out and made her green eyes open a little wider than they already were and tilted her head a little to the side. I rolled my eyes at her attempt and gave in.

She squealed in happiness throwing her arms in the air then grabbing my hand leading me to the dance floor.

She turned her back towards me and started to grind on my front. I didn't move away of any I just started to grind back on her. I wasn't really gay but I was down for girl action. We was dancing like that for a few minutes until some guy grabbed her and started to dance with her.

With that I started to walk off but as I was walking I bumped into someone. I looked up and there I was staring at the most gorgeous blue ocean eyes I ever saw.

"I-I'm sorry." I said once I realized I was still staring

"No harm done right? I'm Elliot."' He told me pulling out his hand

"Olivia." I said grabbing his hand and shaking it

"Well Olivia who you like a drink since your friend over there ditch you?" He asked me, I laughed and looked over at Wendy who was doing the same thing to the guy that she was doing with me.

"Uh sure." I told him

We walked over to the bar and we both ordered beers.

"So Olivia tell me about your self."

"I'm 23, only child and has a drunk best friend." I told him smiling

"Well I'm 25, 2nd oldest out of 5, and I do not have a drunk best friend." He told me smiling the same way which made me laugh

I went to tuck my hair back we Elliot stopped and grabbed my hand.

"Don't you look nice like that." He told me pulling my hand way

I smiled shyly and looked away.

"Olivia I don't want to come off a creepy but are you single?" He asked me

"Yeah I am." I told him nodding

"Good." He told me

We sat drinking 2 beers each and got something stronger.

"Soo." I said slurring away

"Yeah?" Elliot asked me drunk just as me

"Do you want to get out of here?" I asked trying to me sexy but failing as I reached and touched him thigh and went up higher.

"Why not?" He asked me getting up and reaching for my hand which I gladly took.

I pretended not to see the ring on his finger and just acted like he was single. And left the bar with him anyway.

Flashback Over

"So you mean to tell me that you knew he was married and still decided to leave with him?" Cragen asked Olivia shaking his head

"Yeah." She told him shrugging

"Well seeing you guys aren't together I'm gonna let this play out. If anything thing changes you come straight to me or I'll have your ass on a platter." He told them seriously

They got the message and nodded.

"Dismissed." He told them and they practically ran out the office.
