"King Edmund! King Edmund! They found a trail!"

Edmund look up quickly at the wolf, barely out of his puppyhood, that brought him the news.

"Good boy, Hunter. Where?" He asked, Hunter giggled and played with his paw, he didn't hear Edmund.

"Hunter!"

Hunter jumped and shook his head.

"By the creek! By the creek! I was with King Peter and he said to get you!" Hunter jumped around Edmund's feet.

Edmund quickly got his sword, not quickly enough for Hunter, apparently.

"Are you gonna go?! Or do you want me to tell King Peter you'll stay here?" Hunter asked, Edmund couldn't help but smile at the wolf.

"Well, I was planning to go." He said, Hunter amused himself with a stick. Edmund rolled his eyes and grabbed the stick from Hunter and took it with him. Hunter followed Edmund down to the creek, asking questions the whole time.

"King Edmund, why do you not chew on sticks?" He asked.

Edmund groaned.

"Because i am a human. Humans dont do a lot of things wolves do." He answered, Hunter ran a couple paces to catch up with Edmund.

"Oh... you should try sometime!" Hunter exclaimed. Edmund chuckled softly.

"Maybe some day I'll try that to get you off my tail." He said, Hunter stopped his his tracks.

"You don't have a tail!" He exclaimed. Edmund sighed and kept walking.

"It's a figure-" He stopped walking and looked at Hunter.

"Hunter, how about you see if you can catch a bird to eat, do make sure it's not a talking bird, though i don't supposed there is many talking animals in these parts."

"Okay!"

Hunter scurried off the other way, Edmund knew that Peter only sent Hunter to get Edmund was probably because he was getting aggravated by the pup's questions.

Edmund got to the creek, Peter clutched somethibg ib his hand tightly. Orieus was commanding some soldiers to go scout out down the river.

"Ed, look." Peter handed him whatever was in his hand. Edmund gasped as the blue and purple bracelet made out of dyed leather hit his palm. Lucy never took the bracelet off.

"She was here." Peter said, Edmund nodded.

"Your majesties, I sent a group of five down to scout down the creek and to search for the young queen." Orieus informed them.

Edmund nodded and put the bracelet on his wrist.

"Good work, Orieus. Thank you."

"You're very welcome. May i ask where the young wolf pup went?" He asked. Edmund chuckled and inspected the bracelet closely then looked up at Orieus.

"I told him to find us some birds for dinner." He said, Orieus chuckled as well.

"Brilliant move, King Edmund. Brilliant move."
