The Truth

"Ok ok this one or this one?" Rukhsar asked.

"Why don't you just try them both on?!" I exclaimed. I'm sorry but we've been here for almost two hours! Two hours in the same store!!!

"Right...oops." She chuckled nervously and went into the changing room.

The girls and I had already gotten our clothes, so we were set it's just rukhsar.

We finally got her suit,luckily the wedding wasn't until tomorrow, cause by the time we had gotten home it would've been time for the wedding.

FINALLY home! I collapsed on my bed and heard a knock on my door.

"Come in." I said sitting up. The door opened revealing Asher. I was hoping it would've been harri- never mind.

"Hey." I smiled

"Hey, what's wrong? You seem tired." He said, did he just...

"Wait, no sorry I forgot your not supposed to say that to a girl." He said, I chuckled at him.

"It's fine, but I am tired we just spent soooo long in one store for rukhsar, I needed some sleep." I sighed.

"Aw you poor child, you should sleep then." He said.

"It's ok we can talk if you wanted to." I said he shrugged.

"I don't want to keep you up." He said I shook my head no and patted a space next to me on my bed.

We kinda just talked and laughed about some weird stories. And then he just kinda looked at me, kinda like how Harris- WHY DO I COMPARE EVERYTHING ASHER DOES TO HARRIS?!

My thoughts were interrupted, Asher kissed me. His lips were soft but not as soft as Harri- I swear I need help.

I didn't feel ANYTHING no sparks no fireworks no nothing! I didn't feel anything. But whenever Harris kissed me....I always felt something, I felt butterflies, fireworks, sparks, I felt like I was a world made out of candy where you could dance with Those sour patch kids candies that were human sized!....don't judge.

"It's ok." I smiled pulling away he is my boyfriend.... but can I ask you guys something? Or tell you guys something? When Asher kissed me it didn't feel right, it felt like I was being unfaithful to Harris, even though we're not together, it still felt like I was....cheating on him.

Is that weird?

"I should be going I'll see you tomorrow at the wedding." He smiled I nodded and he left I fell back on my bed replaying what had just happened! I can't be with Asher. But Harris and I aren't getting together anytime soon! He doesn't love me he doesn't care for me he didn't care about our relationship, he wanted me to l- my thoughts were cut off by another knock on my door.

I don't know how long I was thinking for.

"Come in." I called and Harris came in. Omg you've got to be kidding me he came and jumped laying down next to me.

"So what are we thinking about?" He asked.

"Nothing I'm just....tired." I sighed, it wasn't a lie. I was actually tired, thanks to RUKHSAR!

"Your thinking about something...I know you too well, I know when your thinking about something you get that cute frustrated look. It must be important if your frustrated." He said.

"Its about Asher. Right?" He asked. His eyes held sarrow.

"Harris your confusing me! You keep complimenting me, you talk about all the good times we had when we were together you flirt with me I just don't know what to do!" I exclaimed.

"That's because I love you!" He said like it were obvious. "You promised...you promised you wouldn't ever leave me." He said looking away.

"Yeah well you promised you'd never hurt me and you'd love me forever, but I guess we both broke our promises." I said looking down.

"That doesn't give you an excuse to hurt me Harris! You hurt me then when I left you now say you still love me? You told me then and there that you didn't love me, you don't care about me, you don't trust me, you don't care about our relati-

"I know what I said." He sighed.

" I do love you! And...I know you love me back." He said standing up I stood up to and he started walking closer to me while I stepped back.

"I don't." I said backing up until my back was against my wall, I avoided eye contact he walked closer and he took my hand the one that had the ring he gave me...on the beach.

"Look me in the eyes and say that you don't love me back." He said I looked at him but didn't say anything his eyes went to the ring.

"So it's true, you still wear it." He said smiling to himself I looked away.

"Then take off the ring and look me in the eyes and say you don't." He said. I did I looked up at him.

"I can't." I said he walked even closer placing his hands on my waist.

"Whys that?" He asked, I sighed. There's no point in lying now, he knows.

"Because I'm in love with you." I said looking at him.

"I'm in love with you too." he backed me up against the wall and leaned in his lips just centimeters away from his. But then I remembered...Asher.

"Harris I can't, it's not fair to Asher." I said pulling away.

"Why not, you don't love him." He said I shook my head no.

"No, but that doesn't mean I can cheat on him, I wouldn't do what you would accuse me of doing, it wouldn't prove that I'm not a cheater. I'm not doing that to him if I wouldn't do it to you." I said.

"I-I regret every single thing I did to hurt you, I never wanted to loose you. I have to go love....I'll see you around." He smiled sadly he kissed my forehead and left the room. As soon as the door closed I snapped out of my thoughts. I went for my phone and texted the girls on our group chat for us only.

"Wow that's, that's some juicy drama that just happened." Kainat gasped.
