After Dinner, I washed the dishes and checked on Harris. I saw Harris outside and I sneak up on him and he is reading my manuscript. And so I ask him how is it.

"Where do you see this going?"

"I don't know I just started." I said defensively.

"It's a love story right ? and I tell you. No one is going to read it."

"why not it's roman—"

"quirky messy women, whose problems only make them endearing are not real, Period." I don't understand why Harris needs to be jerk about this.
...
"what do they say 'write what you've been through?'"

"Write what you know."

"Exactly. Write what you know. Tell me have you known girls like this girl?"

"I've met girls like her."

"Who? Leila?"

"what?! no. Not fucking Leila. She is a monster, who leaves their partner after their father died? I know Leila treated me so badly"

"I know"

"But she is different. I told you I've met girls like her before."

"tell me." He stares at me Seriously

"I don't know. Girls."

"Nathan, I told you. That romantic shit, doesn't last. I love Sophia so much, but she's a weirdo. She's a living marshmallow right but, she can kill me sometimes for no reason. That's what makes her a person. And you haven't written a person. You've written a girl."

"All right. Whatever." I grabbed the manuscript.

"I might not even finish it, most writer don't show their works to people at this stage."

"Look, I am not saying you can't write, I am saying, you know nothing about women." He looks to my eyes.

Harris and his family got home, but I am still thinking about what Harris told me. I know he is making perfect sense but, I am a writer I should be able to picture other people's fantasy. It's okay. So I sit on my desk again, writing. But I got asleep, fast.

It's 11:00 am and I remember I have a meeting with Mary Elizabeth at 10:30 am (She is one of the girls Harris introduced to me but probably we're talking about business) and I am so late, and so dead, and so late. I am running to that café where we should meet, because there is heavy traffic going on, as I was running fast, I caught a glimpse of her walking in the shades. Blue Floral blouse, And I know it's her, because I know her so much, I made her up. I got shocked, and I couldn't make any move. She looks at me and she comes near me, as I am walking backwards going away from her. "this is just a dream, she's not real. Nathan wake up! Now." I closed my eyes, I opened my eyes, I heard her saying my name. my heart is beating fast, I am going crazy shit. Shit. Shit. People think I am genius but I am just a bat-shit crazy. She tried to reach out to me, as soon as I felt her hands I quickly run as fast as I can. "HOLY SHIT!" I ride a bus, and she is still following me. I am just ignoring her because people will think I am crazy, "Nathan, is there a problem? are you mad at me ? I've been calling you for days and you haven't answered every single one of them" she is constantly talking to me, and people are staring at me strangely. So I whispered "no, I am not mad. I don't even know you. Okay, goodbye." And then I get off the bus, and see Mary Elizabeth.

"When I didn't hear from you right away, I figured you lost my number or something well at least that was my roommate told me. Must've happened" I can see her delight through her eyes, and she's making sudden moves, she's very upbeat. At least it's one thing I can't stop noticing about her.
