"Go on a date with me!"

Haeyoung's mouth widened and she furrowed her eyebrows while Na Jaemin happily smiled at her. "What are you even talking about?!" She hissed and Jaemin smiled. "I want to go out with you. On a date. Doing things pre-couples do!" He smiled and couldn't hide his grin when he saw Haeyoung's confused face.

Haeyoung never had any contact with boys, love or things in that area ever. She only held hands with Park Changmin when she was three but she was forced by her play school teacher. Even if she wanted to hold Donghyuck's hand back then. But after Park Changmin, she had never had any contact with boys except her boyfriend dreams of SHINee.

Haeyoung knew that a lot of girls in her age liked dating and having a boyfriend, Oh Bongcha proved that it was like that. And even her brother had a wonderful girlfriend, Belle. But Haeyoung didn't know anything about stuff like that and she didn't have Bongcha around her anymore to ask her what was going on.

Haeyoung took a deep breath. "Why would you want to do that?" She simply asked and crossed her arms in front of her orange cardigan. "Because I want to take you out on a date, Jung Haeyoung!" Jaemin just answered. "Is this really the only way you would accept my apology? Going on a date with you?" She squeezed out and Jaemin liked seeing Haeyoung like that. He blushed.

"So?" Jaemin asked. "You want me to accept your apology, right?" She nodded. "This is blackmailing." She mumbled but Jaemin only laughed. "I don't care about that. I just want to go out with you!" He repeated which made Haeyoung feel weird inside her tummy.

"Okay, okay! I'll go out with you!" She breathed out defeated, while Jaemin did a fist bump in the air. "How about Saturday at four?" Jaemin asked and Haeyoung just nodded, not knowing what to feel about this situation. "Great!" Jaemin giggled and patted Haeyoung's shoulder before skipping back into the classroom.

Haeyoung sighed. "What am I supposed to do now?"

"Ah, it's so good to have you back, Haeyoung!" Mark smiled and handed Haeyoung a chocolate bar. The girl smiled and ruffled Mark's hair, while he put down his tray. "It's been time she came back, innit Hyung?" Donghyuck asked and Mark laughed. "Indeed. I missed happy Haeyoung to be-"

"Hi."

Mark, Donghyuck and Haeyoung all dropped their metal chopsticks onto their trays in shock when they saw brunette Oh Bongcha standing next to their table, a tray in her hand. "Mind if I sit here?" She asked and was already sitting down, without waiting for an answer. Haeyoung blew up her cheeks and looked away from the girl she used to call her best friend.

Bongcha sighed and started eating slowly. "What are you doing here?" Donghyuck hissed. "Did your flashy boyfie stood you up and you don't have anyone to eat with?" He said, almost growling. Mark put his arm on Donghyuck's shoulder, just in case Donghyuck lets go of the demons he was hiding behind his pretty face.

"Am I not allowed to sit here? You could've said so." Bongcha sassed and looked Donghyuck dead in the eye. "I actually wanted to see if Haeyoung is fine. She had a hard time." She said.

"I shit you not?!" Donghyuck yelled and caught attention. Haeyoung was still not looking at Bongcha, who was trying to get the other girls attention. "Oh come on, Donghyuck! It's not like I committed a crime!" Bongcha hissed and that was the moment Haeyoung looked at her.

"No, you didn't commit a crime Oh Bongcha," Haeyoung spoke coldly. Mark lifted his eyebrows, glancing at Donghyuck who also seemed surprised with Haeyoung's attitude. "You only started ignoring me as soon as you laid your eyes on freaking Lee Jeno. Was he so pretty you got blinded?!" Haeyoung started asking, not giving Bongcha a chance to answer. "You didn't even look at me with your freaking ass! You just dropped me and I still believed you would see what you're doing and come back! Not a single time have you helped me when Haewoo was bullying me! I even saw Haewoo more often than I saw you!" Haeyoung yelled and threw her spoon across the table.

Bongcha opened her mouth to say something but the glare from Haeyoung stopped her. She took a deep breath. "Did you move on, Haeyoung?" She asked, but her former best friend didn't answer her. "I thought you would understand. Did you forget that I always wanted a boyfriend?" Bongcha continued. She pushed her hair out of her face and sighed. "I thought you really would understand-"

"I would've understood if you would've still spent time with me!" Hayoung answered. "But you simply ignored me. You didn't even talk to me and you forgot my freaking birthday!" Haeyoung was furious at this moment. All this anger she had held inside was finally coming through. "Even Na Jaemin came to congratulate me on my birthday only my best friend whom I known for years forgot because of a stupid boy!" Haeyoung stood up and glared down on Bongcha.

"Haeyoung I just want to save our friend-"

"There is no friendship anymore!" Haeyoung yelled and stomped her feet on the floor. "And don't you dare and say this is my fault, Oh Bongcha. Because I wasn't the one who dropped you. I had to watch you slowly drifting away from me."

Donghyuck looked at Mark. "Should we?" Donghyuck asked pointing at his angry cousin. Mark shook his head. "She has to let all that anger out. And Bongcha was wrong after all." Mark simply said and continued eating.

Bongcha looked at the floor, slowly realising that it was her fault. She did indeed start to forget Haeyoung. And didn't even thought she had to share her thoughts and secrets about her boyfriend with her best friend. And now Bongcha was looking at a girl who seemed too mature for her age.

Haeyoung was the girl with the over-protective brother. The girl who was too clumsy for her own good and who always needed Bongcha around her.

But the girl that was now standing in front of Bongcha was fierce and had a lot of courage. She survived brutal bullying and tried to kill herself and was still standing strong. Jung Haeyoung had moved on. And she had left Bongcha behind.

"Haeyoung", Bongcha stuttered. "I am so sorry." She looked at Haeyoung one last time before picking up her tray and leaving Haeyoung in peace. The other students that had quietly watched turned around and continued eating their lunch and so did Haeyoung. She sat down and took a sip of her water.

"How are you feeling?" Donghyuck asked after Haeyoung had put away her cup. Haeyoung took a deep breath and smiled. "I feel free." She laughed and shook her head. "The pressure that was pushing me down is gone." She confessed and smiled at Mark and Donghyuck, while a single tear rolled down her cheek.
