Karma (A Mindless Behavior Story)

Uh Oh

Jacob's P.O.V.

I walked through the mall, trying to find something to approach Karma in. I know Karma isn't into the bad boys, so I need to change a little for her. No more obnoxious, ignorant Jacob. I'm gonna try to be sweet, lovable Jacob. 

I turned the corner and looked inside a store. I saw Chresanto kissing a girl. The girl was way shorter than him, lightskinned, and she had curly hair. After they both pulled away, I saw that girl's face. It wasn't just any girl. It was Karma.

Karma's P.O.V.

We finally pulled away. I felt so many sparks during that kiss. He looked down at me and licked his lips. I giggled then turned around to go change. Right when I was about to enter the dressing room, I was met by an angry Jacob. 

"You little bitch!" He sneered.

"Excuse me?" I was astonished. How dare he call me that word that holds so many memories. 

Chres came behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist. 

"Hey Jacob, what's up?" Chres asked. 

"This hoe! This bitch! This thot! She's what's up!" Jacob yelled. 

"Ay man stop calling her those names. She ain't do a damn thing to you!" Chres fired, anger in his voice. 

"How can I? She sitting here kissing my bro, being the hoe is is!" Jacob said. I started to cry. His words bring back so many memories of when I was younger. 

"What the fuck are you crying for? You damn sure wasn't crying when you were kissing him!" Jacob shouted. He then did the unthinkable. He slapped me. 

I opened my mouth in shock. I hated Jacob before, and I abhor him now.Forget that stupid little crush. I started crying even more before choking out a quiet "Excuse me." 

I went into the dressing room and just sat on the floor. I didn't think my past would come again, but like they always say, history repeats itself.

Chresanto's P.O.V.

By now I was highly upset. How dare he hit a female, and how dare he even hit Karma! 

He sat there smirking like everything is all fine. This nigga hit my potential girlfriend. 

"You think hitting females is cute?"  I barked. 

"Chres, let's just go. She isn't worth our time." Jacob retorted. 

I nodded and grabbed him up by his shirt, then threw him across the store, scaring everybody in there. He got up, his lip busted. 

"Sir! Security is on it's way! I suggest you stop right now!" A random lady screamed. 

"I'm sorry miss, but this asshole over here decided it would be great to hit a female. I'm just teaching him a lesson." 

"I saw that puff boy slap that young lady!" One of the older women said. A bunch of agreements went right after it, and by the time security came, Jacob was being arrested. 

I looked around and couldn"t find Karma anywhere. All the women in the store patted my back or gave me a hug. I waved at all of them and then turned to Karma's dressing room. Suprisingly, it was unlocked. I opened the door to find Karma on the floor, her knees to her chest, rocking back and forth. 

"Karma, are you okay?" I asked. 

"Uh, yeah. I'm fine. Let's just go." She got up and walked towards me. I put my hand up to check her face, and she backed away. 

"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean it." she cried.

"Karma, do you want to talk about it? You seem nervous." I asked. Now I was truly concerned. 

"No, no, I'm perfectly fine. See?" She said while walking towards me with a fake smile plastered on her face. 

"Well, I'm going to go buy these clothes for you. Come on." I grabbed her hand and she followed me like a lost puppy. We walked to the cashier and that's when I noticed the bruise forming on her right cheek. I bought her the clothes and led the way to my car. She got in the passenger side while I got in the driver's side. She sighed and put her hand on her face then flinched. 

"Baby girl, when you get home, I'll clean that up for you." I offered. 

"That's what he said. He said that before he hurt me." She mumbled loud enough for me to hear.

"Who? Who hurt you, baby?" I asked. 

"Just please don't hurt me. I'm begging you."
