"Ok, babe. Start." I said. She sighed and looked towards the door.
"Okay, so my past relationship changed me. I was 14 and the boy was 18. I thought we had the perfect relationship going. That was until we had sex and he felt the need to tell everyone of his friends, including his brother. So, I confronted him about it and he hit me." She started, tears at the brim of her eyelids. "I didn't know what to do. He would call me so many names and I got used to them. Everyday, he would beat me and ocassionally make me have sex with him. I couldn't leave the relationship because he threatened to kill me. I didn't know what to do. I'm sorry." She cried.
"Baby girl there's nothing to be sorry about. I'm sorry that happened to you." I replied, kissing her forehead. Damn, this girl got things fucked up. I gotta treat her right.
"You want some pancakes baby girl? Icecream? Popcorn?" I asked, naming some of her favorite foods.
"No, I just wanna sleep. Um, you can help yourself to the food." She sighed, going up the stairs.
