Not exactly alone in the cupboard

I finished my Parfait, happy because it was so good, but also sad because I finished it so quickly. "So he just left me in here? What exactly am I supposed to do?" I hoped off the counter. I could obviously leave if I wanted to, but I really don't want to go out wearing only my underwear, or being forcefully grabbed by one of the servants again in my cat form. I walked around the kitchen. "This is as boring as I thought." I observed the kitchen because I had nothing better to do. Knives, Pots, Pans, stove, just normal kitchen supplies, oh and a flamethrower. I couldn't seem to find anything to interest me, just then I sensed someone.

"I'll grab us some drinks, yes I will" I recognized the voice, Raymin? No. May-rin? I believe her name was. Of course I couldn't let her see me, I looked around for a decent hiding place. "The door is locked, yes it is." She said trying to open the door to the kitchen. "Right! That must be the reason he locked the door. That or he doesn't trust me. I like option one better..." I calmed down, knowing that May-rin couldn't actually get into the kitchen, however a voice in the back of my head still told me to find a hiding spot. Acknowledging my 'inner voice' that totally didn't make me seem crazy, I continued to walk around the kitchen, just checking for possible hiding places. I found an almost empty cupboard that had a cookie pan inside. The cupboard looked cramped, but looked like it could fit me. "What to do with this cookie pan? I guess I'm just going to have to make cookies!!" I concentrate on remembering how to make cookies again. It has been a very long time since I even got the chance to make cookies, let alone actually making them for myself.

I quickly ran around the kitchen grabbing the ingredients I needed. "1 1/2 cups butter, Check! 2 cups white sugar, check! 4 eggs, check! 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, Check! 5 cups flour, check! 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt, CHECK!" Surprisingly when I was looking around the kitchen, before May-rin made me panic, I almost memorized where everything was. I preheated the oven to 400 degrees F, which was 200 degrees C, because England uses the metric system. In a large bowl I creamed together butter and sugar until it became smooth. I beat in the eggs and vanilla together, then stirred in the flour, baking powder, and salt. I was supposed to cover, and chill the dough for at least one hour or overnight, but I'm impatient so I just continued to roll out the dough on a floured surface (which I made into the shape of a cats face) I didn't see any cookie cutters so I used my claws. I placed the cookies on the ungreased cookie sheet, then placed the in the oven to bake for 6 to 8 minutes.

The cookies were finally done. I took them out to cool, and after, proceeded to ice them. I started to make them all look like roses, but soon stoped because it was becoming repetitive. I still had 7 cookies left to ice, so I drew people on them. Sebastian, Finny, Baldroy, The Phantomhive kid, May-rin, me, and an extra one I made into a cat. "I smell something coming from the kitchen. Smells good." The voice came from Baldroy, the chief who was in here earlier. He attempted to open the door, but to his disappointment the door didn't move. "That's alright, I have a spare key." The words flooded my thoughts. I needed a hiding place quick, and with that I ran into the slightly cramped cupboard that I decided on earlier this morning.

The door unlocked, there was a strange silence, all I could hear was the man's footsteps. "Cookies? Wow this ones of me! MAY-RIN! FINNY! Come look at these!" I made no noise the entire time, and even though I could tell another person walked into the kitchen, I stayed completely silent.
