-Artemis pov-
We finally got to our destination at the Compound me and nightwing got into the compound sky entrance. I walked with him till i felt a tug on my arm.

-Nightwing pov-
I saw 5 guards around the corner so i grabbed Artemis and led her into a small divide in between the walls...

WHAT DID I JUST DO. I am now face to face with Artemis the girl i love what did i do wrong

-Artemis-
I look at nightwing and me and him are face to face. I am really nervous this is the boy or uh man i like and we are face to face right now. Just as im about to ask why he pulled me into this divide i see 5 guards walk by.

"Close call huh" I look at Nightwing whos smirking Oh god that smirk makes me go wild

"yeah real close" now its your chance "Uh Nightwing lets...move on with the mission shall we" way to blow it Artemis

-Nightwing-
I really want kiss her right now come on grayson"Yeah lets continue the panel is just around the corner " way to go WingNut

Artemis leads me out of the divide and up to the panel so i can hack it and get the info we needed.

-Artemis-
5 Minutes have passed since we got here and the hacking taking so long plus the awkward silence that accompanies it "So"

"So" I dont need to see Nightwing to know he's smirking

"Hows your love life" REALLY ARTEMIS YOU COULDNT BE ANYMORE SUSPICIOUS WITH A SIGN SAYING I LIKE YOU

-Nightwing pov-

- Artemis-

What was he gonna say "Nightwing wha-" I get cutoff by a bullet flying past my head i turn to see 20 guards with guns and shields behind us. NO NO NO NO NO WE JUST GOT BACK TOGETHER. I turn and see a sight that makes my want to scream.

Nightwing shot in the back still trying to hack the panel

"Stop now and we can go easy" My guess the lead guard said "but if he continues we will have to put you both down"

I see a guard point a gun at nightwing. NO they are not killing him not now i go to take him down but i get tasered in the process

"i warned you know you get to watch pretty boy die" all the guns point at nightwing whos now turning around

"done..oh" did he not realize he had been shot?" look guys please just let her go alright shes nothing trust me"

"Wing no" I look at him and i can tell he's looking at me

"ENOUGH" the lead guard says he points a gun at my head "WE KILL HER AND LEAVE HIM TO REMEMBER THE CIVI HE GOT KILLED" I close my eyes and wait for the bullet to kill me but i get nothing

-Nightwing pov-

As soon as the gun was pointed at her head and she closed her eyes i was in Rushtime I grabbed my escrimas and took on all the guards in one swift motion but as the last one fell i realized something i got shot 10 times 1 in the back 5 in the abdomen and 4 in each limb I look down at Artemis and see her crying "Te Iubesc Artemis" I fall blacking out

-Artemis pov-

I see Nighting fall through my tears did he say he loved me? no he cant die NO. the team runs in and grabs Nightwing and I follow on the bio ship they lay him down and i lay beside him "I love you too" I fall asleep in the bed space by him
