-Artemis pov-
It's almost been a month since me and my boy wonder got put into the med bay at the cave. I wish we wouldn't have but it made our relationship stronger from the events that occurred. I'm tore from my thoughts when Dick's home phone starts ringing.
"I'll get it!"
"Ok thanks!"
"Hello who is this?"
"Artemis? What are you doing at Richards apartment?"
"I uh" uh oh what do I say what do I say
"Hahahaha I know about you two don't worry can I talk with Dick real quick please"
"Uh sure" I wonder what that's about "DICK OLLIE IS ON THE PHONE ASKING FOR YOU"
"God Artemis please move the phone before you yell"
"Sorry Ollie" Dick walks in and takes the phone from my hand and gives me a quick peck on the lips.
I walk into the other room and try to finish up a project I have to get done for Wally. I get about 3 minutes into it when Dick comes up behind me and covers my eyes.
"So guess who has us reserved for a dinner for 2 at a very nice 5star restaurant"
"Since you were just talking to Oliver I presume Oliver"
Dick uncovers my eyes and kisses my cheek "smartypants!"
"Called knowledge babe"
"I call it cheating"
"So what the occasion?"
Dick slowly backs up an walks to his closet "nothing big just a date he thought he owes us well the whole leagues and young league since the whole black mask and Sportsmaster thing"
"Yeah so when we leaving?"
"In a hour at 7:30 pm"
I look at him like he's crazy and jump out of my chair "WHAT I DONT HAVE A DRESS HERE WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO WEAR?"
Dick pulls out a really nice green dress along with his black and blue suit "this do?"
I run up and give him a quick but passionate kiss "perfect!"
"Not as much as you now go get ready I got to go get something"
With that I was in his bathroom getting ready for our dinner date.
-Dick's pov-
I pull into the jewelry shop and quickly hop out of my car. I have exactly 40 minutes before I need to get back to my apartment and get Artemis. I walk in to the store and straight to the register.
"Hello the names April how can I assist you?" I snap out of the trance I was in an see a blonde standing in front of me
"Oh sorry I need a ring I had prepaid for here"
"Name it's under sir?"
"Grayson mam"
"Ah it'll be one second" she quickly picked up the store phone "can either Evelyn, Raven, or Austin please get the order under the name Grayson please!"
Within 10 seconds of that call all three of them came running up to the counter with cameras and note pads asking for pictures and autographs.
After I did that and got the ring I went home and slid into my suit and quickly fixed my hair. When I finished I saw my beautiful girlfriend standing in front of me in her green dress "I love you" I say as I put my hands on her side
"I love you too Grayson now let's go"
-1 dinner scene later cause they were eating oh well XD-
We had just finished eating dinner and I started fidgeting with the ring in my pocket and I think Artemis started to notice.
-Artemis pov-
We just finished eating and all Dick's done is mess with something in his pocket. I'm gonna ask what's going on.
"Are you ok Dick?"
He looks at me, takes a breath, then slowly gets out of his seat.
"Artemis you've known me for a very long time and the time you've been with has been the best time of my life I never wanna lose that I love you with all my heart because you are my heart and because you are my heart will you do me the honor of being my wife? Will you marry me?" Dick gets down on one knee and is holding a nice green and blue diamond ring "will you?"
I bend over and kiss him on the lips and smile the biggest I've ever smiled " Ofcourse I'll marry you!"
With that Dick quickly pays for the check and picks me up and takes me back to his apartment. I've never been so happy.
So the names of the people in the jewelry shop are just as I know them but their what pad names are Aprilviolinist  smuttyheroes storyteller0714 and RavenclawWolfgirl  these people have been real supportive of me writing my two stories and they have been with me since chapter one and this is my way of saying thanks. They may appear a couple more times you never know...
