Josh's POV

1 year later...

I looked the mirror in front of me and looked at my figure. I smiled and grabbed a lock of hair to stare at in awe. I turned to Tyler who gave me a big smile of approval.

    Tyler laughed "I'm gonna call you highlighter for now on." he said as he got up from his seat next to me, "As long as I call you egg now," I responded looking up at Tyler's newly shaven head. We said in an interview that we got our hair done the same time so we could have each other's approvals, which wasn't incorrect.

    We have so much going on... We are going back on tour soon, we are releasing our new music video, and the Grammy's are soon. "Josh?" Tyler snapped me out of my thoughts, "You ready to go?" I nodded and we left the barber shop, holding hands. We then headed over to our homes to say goodbye to our families and leave for our tour.

    After a couple of shows, we were now going to announce the release of our new music video. Tyler, the crew and I huddled around the tech guy who does all of our social media stuff such as music videos, instagram posts, Josh's snapchat's, etc. He was a pretty cool guy who knows a lot about technology. We watched him do his magic and then, click, everything was posted. The video was uploaded first, then the link was quickly pasted into our instagram and a picture was posted. I happened so quickly that I was still looking at the screen, heart pumping. Although we have been through this process many times, it still is a thrilling experience for Tyler and me. Tyler snapped me out of my trance by grabbing my hand, "Josh, do you wanna head back to the hotel? We need a lot of rest before we head to California tomorrow."

    "Sure Tyler!" We were driving a Lyft to our hotel in comfortable silence. But there was a question that was boggling in my mind for a while now, "Tyler?"

"Hmm?" Tyler mumbled as he looked up from his phone into my eyes.

"I was just- well, ah, this is a weird question, but why did you think of using the song Heavydirtysoul as our final music video with the blurryface era?" I stuttered.

Tyler blushed and smiled as he looked down at his hands, "Well, besides the metaphors in the song and how sick it sounded with our ideas, what really finalized my decision was because of you." I looked at him in confusion but let him continue, "Th-there was a time, I'm not sure if you remember, but I-when Brian had died, I walked to your house and you were playing that song. It just reminded me of how much I've grown from then and that you were always there to help me at my worst. That night was my worst, and you picked me up, that song being a part of the experience." Once Tyler had finished, tears were blurring my eyesight and I started choking on my words, "T-Tyler. I love you...so much." Tyler gasped as he was now the one who was comforting the other, "I love you too, Josh."

YALL I'M SO SORRY. I know a long time ago I said that I would write and post during my break, but I didn't cause I knew some emotional shit was about to go down. Such as the new music video and my two boys winning a freakin Grammy!! So that's my excuse. I might post again today idk
