Forced to be Mrs. Styles

~Chapter 24~

Jax and I are active gathering everything for our party this afternoon. Harry is working on decorating the house while waiting for guests to arrive. Axel was already there when I left but I'm not surprised. By the time, I pick up the cake and a few miscellaneous items and get back to the house my grandparents and his parents are sitting there. A few of our friends arrive and it seems that everyone is there. Harry's also been working on making food for us to eat and I know by the time I get back he's happy to see me.

"What do you need help with?"

"I think we got all of it. Let me take the cake from you."

"Place looks good babe, thanks for decorating."

"I just hope the decorations aren't a dead giveaway."

"I don't think so, even if it does we have more surprises for them anyway."

As soon as everyone has arrived and is sitting around the house Harry decides now is a good time to start the party.

"Thank you all for gathering here with us. We wanted to be able to celebrate with you in revealing the gender of our baby. First, we're going to eat then we'll get to the good stuff. Help yourself the food is in the kitchen."

I sit between my grandparents and Harry as the room fills with energy. His mother seems to be happy so far and my grandparents aren't all that talkative but that's normal for them when it comes to people they don't know. I find myself floating around the room chatting with everyone. As I notice everyone is done eating Harry grabs the cake and sits it on the table.

The cake is round and is covered in pink blue yellow and green decorations. I'm excited to see what she did with the inside, even though we had a thought of what we wanted we gave her free reign. I hope the idea Harry and I had in mind comes through but since we're the only one who knows about the true surprise it will be interesting to see.

"We're going to cut into the cake, on the inside will be the gender of the baby. Anyone have any ideas?"

A few people say it's a girl but most of them are on team blue. Even though I know it's blue I'm team pink. I can't wait for them to see the surprise and I know Harry's nervous to know what his mother will say about this. We cut into the cake and the piece we pull out is blue with a layer of green icing followed by another blue cake. It's perfect and I'm hoping it gives off the right idea.

"It's a boy." Axel says.

There are lots of congratulations going on and that's when Harry decides to take the time to share our bigger surprise.

"Now that all of you have cake we want to share something with all of you before you dig in. The cake is made this way because there is something bigger we want to share with you." He says and I note the scowl on his mother's face. He wraps his arm around my shoulders but he moves on.

"Not only are we expecting a boy but we think it's time we tell all of you that the cake is set the way it is because we are expecting twins."

"What does the way the cake is layered have to do with twins?"

"The layer in the middle is what separates the two. If one was a girl the other layer would have been pink."

The room is quiet for a moment before Axel and Ace speak up.

"Congratulations guys. I'm happy for the both of you. I never thought I would see the day where Harry is happy the person he's with is pregnant. Twins is a big surprise, but I'm happy that the two of you are happy."

"Thanks man, it means a lot to us that you are behind us."

"Why wouldn't we be behind you. This new you is the best person you've ever been. Elenor, you're beautiful as always but the glow around the two of you as you share this with us is incredible. I'm not sure who wouldn't be happy for the two of you."
