"Hey what did she mean when she said 'someone like me'?" Hermione asked curiously.
Draco hesitated a moment before answering, "She meant a mudblood..." He said looking down.
"Draco, you can't protect me from everything. So stop being so hard on yourself whenever someone says something like that." Hermione said looking at him sweetly.
He gave her a slight smile. "Where to next?"
"Um, let's go to Flourish and Blotts."
"Do you really need more books?"
"One can never have to many books." Hermione said proudly.
Draco chuckled and they both walked into the book shop.

They exited the book shop about twenty minutes later.
Hermione was carrying a bag that contained an 'Advanced Book of Potions', 'The Official Guide to the Quidditch World cup' (for Harry's birthday), and 'To the Sun'.

"I need some ingredients for potions." Hermione said pointing to the bag with the potions book in it.
"Okay." Draco said.
They walked over to Slug and Jiggers.

"How is this redecorating your room?" Draco asked as they walked out of the potion shop.
"I don't know, it was your idea to come to Diagon Alley." Hermione said.
"Yeah, cuz where else is there to shop?" Draco said defensively.
Hermione tried to hold in a laugh, but failed.
"What are you laughing at?" Draco asked.
"We could've just went to muggle stores."
"Oh.." Draco said clearly defeated.
"Oh my god!" Hermione said.
"What?"
"You've never been to a muggle store." Hermione said laughing.
"Of course he hasn't." Hissed a familiar voice from behind them.....
