(Y/n) pov
My father falls onto my arms, I crouch to hold him comfortably. He coughed up lots of blood.
Me: "Stay with me, you can get through this! We'll go back home together and have a nice giant roasted pig for dinner. Like we always do."
Commander: "C-C-Come cl-closer..."
Me: "What is it?"
Commander: "Leave me... If you stay... She will kill you... Go live the life I never gave you...."
Me: "Nooo... *sniffles* I-I don't want to le-leave you..."
Commander: "(Y/n)... Son..."
Me: "Y-Yes?"
Commander: "I'm so glad I found you in that forest... I wouldn't have enjoyed life, if I have never found you... Goodbye... My son..."
And with that, his body became numb, motionless, not moving a single muscle. I place my ear against his chest, hoping there's a heart beat. There was nothing.
Me: "No... No... No... NOOOOO!!!"
I felt anger fill my body, feeling on fire. I look up a hill, and see Esdeath with her sword out. All I wanted was to rip her body apart until there's only blood and chunks of meat everywhere. My focus was only on her, how I want to kill her so much is eccentric.
Me: "Najenda... Go..."
Najenda: "I should stay an-"
Me: "LEAVE!!! Before I make your guts hang out of your mouth."
I then heard her run away. I Got up ready to fight.
Me: "Esdeath... ESDEATH!!!..."
I charge at her trying to slash her stomach, but she manage to block it with a ice shield. I back up and tried to attack from different directions but she block every attack. I was about to uppercut her, until she kick me away, I staggered a bit, and went head on. She slash me from below, she move to the side, making me tumble to the ground.
Esdeath: "I guess you're not strong. Just another weak warrior."
After hearing those words I snap.
Me: "You... will... DIE!"
My body was in a whole different level of pain. I squirm around, struggling to fight it off, I could literally feel my bones moving around, changing places, and form. I scream loudly, still fighting the pain.
Me: "AAAHHHHHHHH!!! RAAAAGH!!!"
I started to sound more like a beast, growling, howling, and roaring. The pain suddenly stopped, I got up and look at my body. I was bigger, covered with fur, and a bit more muscular. Looks like the shirt got ripped off because of the transformation. I noticed I have a snout, and my body structure changed as well. (Basically the pic cover of the story.)
Me: "Time for you to die."
Esdeath: "we'll see about that. Come, show me your strength."
3rd pov
The moment she said that, (Y/n) appeared in front of her, she jump back staying away from him. But (Y/n) appeared behind her this time, bumping into him. He slam her away to the side with his hand, she broke through two trees. Esdeath got up, bruised in some places, (Y/n) walk towards her with an (A/c) aura that show his bloodlust. Esdeath stands her ground, (Y/n) charges at her. Right when he was close for the kill, Esdeath uses her trump card and froze time.
(Y/n) claws were mere inches from her face, she punctured him with the sword through his chest, and made a cut on his right eye. Time went back to normal, (Y/n) was on all fours dealing with the pain.
(Y/n): "You... Will... Pay!..."
He did a sudden kick on her hip, making her crash against a rock. She was knocked unconscious, (Y/n) went to the Commander's body. He picks it up and leaves the area.
Timeskip, (Y/n) pov
I went back to normal, with just some wolf features, and my wounds heal quickly. I went to a hilltop with a crooked tree, I put my father down, and started digging a hole. I then put my father's body in, I place his gauntlets on his chest.
Me: "You were a great warrior... And a good father."
I started burying him, with every pile of dirt I put, my heart aches more and more. As I finished, I place a piece of stone, and with my claws I wrote RIP.
I stay there kneeling down for awhile until sunrise.
Me: "I will avenge you, and I will bring peace within the Capital once again."
I went running at full speed, feeling the breeze all over my body.
Me: I will take down the capital, even if it cost me my life!
