Chapter 7 We're going on a trip, on our favorite dragonship?

Leone's pov
I wake up feeling refresh and good. Mainly because I get to be with (Y/n). I walk into the kitchen, seeing everyone, except (Y/n) and boss, having breakfast already.

Tatsumi: "Good morning, you enjoy your sleep?"
Me: "Yeah, I did. I had a nice dream."
Lubbock: "What did you dream, hmmm?"
Me: "Well it's definitely not about you, that's for sure."
Lubbock: "Hey!"

Everyone started laughing. I pick a cup of milk, chugging it down. Then came in Najenda, still looking tired.

Najenda: "Morning everyone..."
Bulat: "Got any jobs for us today?"
Najenda: "I do actually, and I'm assigning you, Tatsumi, (Y/n), Akame, and Lubbock."

I spit out the milk, and started coughing.

Me: "What?!"
Najenda: "Is something the matter?"
Me: "W-Well..."
Lubbock: "I bet you had plans with (Y/n)!"

He started making kissing gestures. I grab his hair and slam his face on the table.

Mine: "So you are!"
Tatsumi: "Since when are you two a thing?"
Me: "WE'RE NOT!"
Najenda: "Anyway, he is still needed in this mission. So if you had plans, I'm sorry."
Me: "It's ok."
Najenda: "Tatsumi, go fetch him."
Tatsumi: "Yes ma'am!"
Me: "You'll find him in a cave not far from here."
Tatsumi: "Got it, thanks."

He left to get him. I went back to my room to sulk. I lay on my bed, with my face pressed against the pillow.

Me: Ugh, no fair...I wanted to have more time with him.

(Y/n) pov
I woke up fresh and early, allowing me to get and tame a Yack. I made a small table in a short amount of time. I wad there drinking milk, some berries I found, and grilled ribs.

Me: "This is so good!"

I heard a disturbance not far from me with my wolf ears. I climb up a tree and waited for the intruder to appear. I heard footsteps getting closer. I got my claws ready, to pounce. As I heard the footsteps below, I drop myself and got my claws on its throat. But it wasn't an intruder, it was Tatsumi.

Me: "Tatsumi, I almost kill you!"
Tatsumi: "Well if you want to make up for it, get your paws off me."
Me: "Sorry."

I got off of him, and help him up.

Tatsumi: "So you live here?"
Me: "Yeah,it's nice."
Tatsumi: "I wouldn't be able to live like you."
Me: "If you have grown in the forest alone with no civilizations...maybe."
Tatsumi: "I came to tell you that the boss wants you to go on a mission with me and Bulat."
Me: "Are you serious?"
Tatsumi: "Yeah, she says we need you."

I felt like going to their base and destroy it for telling me what to do. I don't feel like doing missions right now, and I had plans as well.

Me: "Fine! I'll meet you at the hideout."

I sprinted towards the hideout, leaving Tatsumi behind. I jumped high, and went through a window. I walk to the throne room, waiting for Najenda.

Me: "Where is that damn woman?!"
???: "Oh, hey (Y/n)."

I look behind and saw Bulat. I'm still impressed by how tall and buffy he is.

Me: "What is it? Where's Najenda?"
Bulat: "She's coming in a sec."

I scoffed. My blood was boiling, I don't want to do anything for Najenda. And if I'm gonna do a mission, I prefer doing it alone. Then came in Akame, Mine, Sheele, and Lubbock. Lastly, came in Tatsumi, completely drained on energy.

Me: "Finally made it?"
Tatsumi: "I'm... *Pant* gonna... *pant* kill you..."
Me: "Care to try?"
Akame: "That's enough."

Finally Najenda came in and sat down on the throne.

Me: Feeling mighty yet? "Why have you call me anyway?"
Najenda: "There has been multiple deaths of political officials, and they're blaming it on Night raid."
Tatsumi: "But why? Why suspect Night raid?"
Najenda: "Because the guard are elite train, a normal criminal would have a tough time."
Mine: "So they're their targeting powerful foes on purpose."
Bulat: "It's a challenge."
Me: "A challenge?"
Bulat: "A trap to lure us out."
Najenda: "I would like to hear your thoughts on this..."

It was silent for a moment, until Tatsumi broke it.

Tatsumi: "I don't know much about politics...but we can't stand here and let them commit crimes under the Night raid name."
Bulat: "I'm with you all the way!"
Tatsumi: "Bro!"
Me: Naive, I can't believe he has made it this far.
Najenda: "It's settled then, let's show them what it means to be an assassin. They're two targets that have a high chance of being targeted. One will be guarded by Akame and Lubbock, and the other Bulat, Tatsumi, and (Y/n)."
Me: "Why am I going?"
Najenda: "Because the official you're protecting has a higher chance than the other, so I want to be sure."
Me: "Fine, where are we going to protect this official?"
Najenda: "The capital outskirt's, anchored at the marina of the gran canal is massive luxury liner, the Ryuusen!"
Bulat: "Alright let's go."

I was about to walk out with Bulat and Tatsumi, until I felt a grip on my arm.
I look to my right and see Leone with a serious expression.

Me: "Sorry we can't go out."
Leone: "It's ok, boss assigned me a scout mission."
Me: "Scout what or who?"
Leone: "...Esdeath..."

At that moment all my sense spiked out of control. All I wanted to do was hunt her down.

Leone: "I know how you feel about this, and boss as well. That must be the reason why she's sending me."
Me: "Just do me a favor...don't do anything stupid kitty."

She tensed up, but it was different this time. Is like she didn't mind or anything, looking down with a light pink across her face.

Leone: "Same goes for you..Wolfy."

We arrive at the harbor and spotted the Ryuusen ship. The ship is as big as a mansion.

Tatsumi: "ITS HUGE!"
Me: "No fuck."

The ship is freaking long, wide, and has a incredible height, it also has a dragon head on the front.

Me: Let's get on with it

Somewhere else
A blue long hair Woman standing in front of her three loyal subjects.

Esdeath: "Liver, Nyau, Daidara, be ready for I have an assignment for you."
Liver: "We live to serve."
Nyau: "We three will do anything for you."
Daidara: "We will carry out any order."
