Chapter 18 - A Tale for Mom

The next day, I smiled seeing Itachi hovering over me and he kissed my hand. "I missed you" he said. "I didn't go anywhere" I said, as he kissed my hand again. "I missed your sleeping face" he said, as I smirked and raised an eyebrow. "You are such a pervert" I said, as he smiled and brushed my hair with his fingers. He then looked at my left hand seeing I had my ring on my marriage finger. He soon kissed my left hand this time. "You kept the ring I gave you" he said, as I blushed. "Of course... it reminded me not to fall for idiots" I said, as he gulped a bit. I smiled and kissed his lips "It also reminded me of how much you meant to me" I said, as he smiled and nuzzled his face into my neck. I smiled, but stopped as we heard a clearing of the throat. "Ahem" said Lilith, as he turned to her standing in the door way. "Scarlet come on, we'll be late" said Lilith, as I blinked a few times. "Is that today... alright coming" I said getting up. "Scarlet" said Itachi, as I smiled. I kissed his lips and his eyes widened, but he kissed me back. I broke the kiss and he looked at me kind of shocked. "Sorry I have plans today, but we'll do something tomorrow okay?" I said, as he nodded. "Scarlet" said Lilith, as I sighed. "Coming... coming" I said following her. We walked out and I clicked a number on my cell for a limo to pick us up. We walked in and the limo driver drove us to the country side. He opened the door for us and we smiled. "Thanks Geives" said Lilith, as I sighed. "Lilith his name is James" I said, as Lilith smiled nervously. We walked towards mother's grave and smiled. "Hi mother" said Lilith, as we cleaned up her grave. I laid out a blanket and Lilith put down the picnic basket. "We have so much to tell you" smiled Lilith, as I sat down and handed Lilith a plate. "First we totally kicked dad out" said Lilith, as I smirked closing my eyes. "Then Scarlet and I took over the business. Of course, Scarlet took over more because she said I could do whatever I wanted. Even though I have a job there" she said, as I put a hamburger on her plate and then mine. "Oh and then we got back together with our gay boyfriends" said Lilith, as we laughed while looking at each other. We ate and by the time we were finished we started packing up. "Next time we'll bring the guys over and we'll be married to" said Lilith, as I sighed. "She's joking mom, it won't be that long... but here" I said laying down a bouquet of roses with lilies and baby's breath. "Happy birthday mom... our favourite flowers mixed in with yours" I said, as Lilith smiled and touched the top of the tombstone. "We miss you" said Lilith, as we walked away and got back into our limo. The limo drove us back to the apartment and we got out. We waved to the driver, as he rode off. "Next time we have to bring the guys... I know they would love to meet mom" said Lilith, as I nodded. Once we walked inside and into the elevator. We opened the door and our eyes widened this time, as Deidara had Itachi's hands pinned to the wall and he was growling towards him. "On second thought we leave them here and never tell mother about them ever" I said, as Lilith nodded. They stopped and looked at us. "Where the hell have you been?" shouted Deidara "Excuse me... we're not the ones trying to make out with each other while our girlfriends left for the morning" said Lilith, as Deidara growled. "We weren't making out" he shouted "With the way you talk there's a reason for that" said Itachi, as Deidara growled. "Shut up" he shouted. "Excuse me" said a voice, as we turned our heads seeing James. "You left this is the limo" said James walking towards Lilith giving her jacket to her. "Who the hell is this guy" said Deidara grabbing his collar. I sighed closing my eyes. "James if you would" I said, as he bowed and flipped Deidara over making Deiadar land on the couch upside down. "Please refrain from speaking ill will. Miss Lilith and Miss Scarlet have had a long morning and deserve some rest" said James, as Deidara growled. "Who the hell are you? Why are you around my girl?" he shouted, as Lilith sighed. "Deidara, this is James. My sister's limo driver" said Lilith, as Deidara's eyes widened and he looked at me. "Thank you James, you can help yourself to your tip wages for today... sorry about the trouble" I said, as he bowed and walked out.

"Where the hell did you go than?" shouted Deidara "Why does it matter?" asked Lilith "Cause Uchiha here said you went out to cheat on us" shouted Deidara, as I looked around for Itachi only to find him gone. "Uchiha" I shouted, as I saw him walking out of his room. "You had to open your mouth" said Itachi, as Deidara growled. "So?!" shouted Deidara, as Lilith sighed closing her eyes. "We went to see our mother" I said, as they stopped and lowered their eyes. "We were thinking of bringing you next time, but your both acting like idiots. I don't know if I want to bring either of you" I said walking away and slamming the door to Itachi's room. I sighed looking at everything in his room and then walked into Itachi's study. My eyes widened seeing papers everywhere and I saw that everything was a mess. This was definitely not like Itachi. I walked over and picked up the papers, but stopped looking what was written on them. Everything was about my accomplishments over the past few months. "Sorry" said Itachi, as I turned to him. "I guess I got jealous... you left so suddenly even after we just got together and... I was getting angry at myself again" he said, as I smiled standing up and put the papers on his desk. "Now you know how I felt when you left with the Colonel's daughter" I said, as he walked over and cupped my face. "I never meant to hurt you" he said, as I smiled and looked at him. "If you want... you can come next time... we kind of promised mother you and Deidara would" I said, as Itachi growled. "Do me a favor, for the rest of the day don't say that idiots name. It's really pissing me off hearing it" he said, as I smiled and kissed his lips. "You are such a dog" I said, as he smirked and held my hand. "I'm starting to think I'm more of a weasel than anything else" he said, as I chuckled and kissed his lips again. "Your right you are a weasel" I said, as he smirked and kissed me this time. "Oi Uchiha" shouted a voice, as we looked seeing Hidan smirking waving tickets around while standing at the door way. "Guess where the three of us guys are going" said Hidan, as Itachi and I looked at each other and then looked at him. "You, me, and Deidara are going to the famous hotel in Vegas for one week" said Hidan, as my eyes widened and I looked at Itachi. "No" he said, as Hidan growled. "Come on you can make out with your girl any day. This is a guy's night out: spending money, all you can eat buffets, and Strip- Stylish hotel rooms" he said glancing at me, as I narrowed my eyes and Itachi growled. "Forget it" said Itachi. "Itachi you should go" I said, as I paused hearing him growling. "You want me to beg" he whispered, as I smiled while closing my eyes. "Besides, I think if your that worried you should trust me on making the right decision for a week" I said, as he sighed and closed his eyes. "I should have seen that coming" he said, as Hidan smirked. "So your coming right?" asked Hidan, as Itachi slowly nodded his head. "Love you" I said kissing his lips. Itachi smiled and kissed me back. "See you in a week" he said walking away, as I smiled.
