Chapter 20

Luna's POV:

I had woken up late and the guys had gone to eat out without me but promised to bring food back for me, I heard a knock similar to Gerard so I bounced to the door and opened it and expected Gerard, but it wasn't, it was Mikey's psycho girlfriend, Alicia.

"Im going to beat your ass now you don't have them to help you" she says and I stumble back because she pushed me, she left the door open and lunged at me punching me multiple times but I soon overpowered her and started to punch her, blood was pouring from my nose, a cut on my eyebrow, and a black eye for sure. But I kept beating her, we were parked in an alley so no passerby could see us, she grabbed my arm and twisted it, but I overpowered her and stopped it from clicking. She punched me in the throat and I fell to the floor, she then started to punch me and soon knocked me out.

The last thing I remember before blacking out was her ugly face with a menacing smile on her face, she left me there, and I laid there, defenceless, until a few hours later I felt a cold substance on my forehead which was probably ice, I blinked my eyes open to reveal a room of people, Tré, Billie,Mike,Gerard,Frank,Ray,Mikey,Bob,Patrick,Pete,Joe,Andy and Dallon.

"Fuck my head hurts so bad" I managed to croak out "Do you remember who done this!?" Gerard asked rushing to my side "His Psycho girlfriend" I answer pointing at Mikey, his eyes snapped open suddenly. "I beat her bad too" I added they helped me up and put pressure to the ice on my throat. "Not to hard, she punched me there" I said. Gerard nodded "What did she do?" He asked gently "She memorised your knock, so I thought you were back, I opened it, and she beat me up while I beat her up too" I answer trying not to hurt my throat. At that moment Panic! Burst in "We heard what happened!" Brendon screeched.

"Fuck my throat" I say while they were driving to the hospital, "it's hard not to laugh when you got Tré next to you" I mumbled almost inaudibly and Tré calmed down and got more serious "Here's Ice Cold Water" he says in his best Sandy from spongebob voice I take the water and try not to laugh. The water helps my throat, but it still burns. We get to the hospital and they take me into a room on a stretcher.

Gerard's POV:

"It's all your girlfriend's fault!" I scream at Mikey through the phone outside the hospital. "Break up with her, she's psycho! Did you see what she done to Luna! She could do that to you! I want you to be safe!" I screech down the phone he hangs up on me so I decide to go find Luna's room, 102 floor 3

I run up the stairs towards her room and look through the window, she's got 1 tube for her throat, which is a feeding tube as she can't swallow food because her throats swollen, as soon as I look back a doctor comes out "Are you Gerard Way?" He asks "Yes, I am" I answer truthfully.

"Who done this to her?" He asked "She was attacked in our tour bus, she's in My brother and I's guardianship, we adopted her. "What orphanage? I need to see legal documents" he questions "Sunny Hill Adoption Centre, New Jersey" I answer, again truthfully. "Thank You, we will allow visitors now" he says.

"Thank you, can I get my friends?" I ask nervously "Yes, if she knows them" he answers "Yes, she's close friends with them" I answer, walking towards the lobby where I see Ray, Bob and Frank sitting, "Guys they're allowing visitors for Luna now" I say to them.

"She only has a feeding tube in her mouth, it's not that bad" I say reassuring Frank it will be fine. Once we reach her room, Frank immediately lunges to the door and to Luna's bedside. "I'm going to kill her" Frank says probably referring to Alicia, the only suspect we have for this incident.

Luna's POV:

"They're releasing me tomorrow morning, I just need to drink alot of filtered water, and mushed up food" I explain once they were around me, "I'm going to kill her" Frank mutters about Alicia. "What time tomorrow morning?" I ask fiddling with my fingers
"11am" a nurse answers from behind us. "We will bring fresh clothes for you too" Bob says "First nice thing bobs ever said to me" I say "We'll see you tomorrow" Frank says waving goodbye to me.
