Amina's POV
"Amina?" I heard someone say and slowly opened my eyes. "Good morning baby, did you sleep well?" It was Marcus.
"Yeah and you?" I asked him. Marcus was cuddling with me all night long, ever since we made up, things have been like they always have. I even feel myself feeling more attached to him, just because of everything we have been through.
"Me too. What time is it?" He looked at the clock, but it was still pretty dark outside.
"It's like 6 AM." I replied and got back into his arms. He hugged me willingly and I did the same. Marcus played with my hair and I just enjoyed being with him.
"I love you so much." He softly whispered into my ear and I couldn't help but smile. I looked into his deep hazel eyes and said, "I love YOU." We laughed.
In that moment I realized again that I wouldn't want to spend my sunday evenings with anybody else than Marcus. I wouldn't want to cuddle with anyone but him. There wouldn't be anyone, who can make me as happy as him. Anyone that makes me laugh as much. Nobody I could love the way that I love Marcus. I wouldn't want to look anyone as deep in the eyes lovingly and be able to tell that, that person in front of me, loves me just as much. It couldn't work out, because only Marcus loves me in that way and because only I love him that much. What we have is different than everything else that I have ever experienced, he's --
He's my everything. He's my world to me.
Marcus lets me believe everything is good, positive, and dreamy just as if we would be living in a fantasy. He is my fairy tale, just the fairy tale that I have always been dreaming of. The dream of any girl, a partner loving them in a way that is undescribable.
Another level of love.
"Are you alright babe?" Marcus smirked at me.
"Yeah, I just drifted off." I got closer to his face and kissed Marcus. He kissed me back. It's been way too long. Just too long since we've been together, just us and our lazy days.
But now everything's back to normal.
And I am happy and relieved to be able to say that--
That we are good.
Better than ever.
