She started laughing.
"Are you alright Bea?" I asked, concerned and confused.
"Good one Beatrice" I heard someone chuckled. Dad.
"How long were you standing there?" I asked still confused.
"Just a second ago" Dad replied.
"I was just kidding Ari," Bea explained, laughing. She actually cried from laughing at her prank.
I rolled my eyes and gave her a small smirk. I stood up and walked to my room. Dad was gone. Literally. He was gone somewhere. I don't know where he was off to but I didn't care.
I went to turn on my computer.
