Chapter 3: Truth or Dare

Hermione's POV

"What time is the curfew?" I asked looking at my watch.

"Your watch isn't going to tell you. Students have to be in the common room by 7:00."

It was 6;30, so I still had a bit of time. I didn't want to be out late so decided I'd just stay in the common room. I read the big book until I finished it. It had about 500 pages. I finished at 8:30. I put the book down. Draco was looking at me.

"Can I help you?"

"Oh. Sorry. I guess I just spaced out." He mumbled, blushing a little bit. I just ignored it.

"So. What are you doing?"

"I'm just working on the lesson for tomorrow."

"Oh. Well, I'm going to bed. Goodnight." I got up and walked passed him, but he grabbed my arm.

"You can't go to sleep this early. It's only like 8:00." I looked at my watch.

"Actually, It's 8:32."

"Whatever. Come on. Let's do something fun."

"No. You have to finish the lesson."

"It's almost done. Come on. Don't be such a goody goody."

"Well, what do you suggest we do?"

"We could play a game. What games do muggles play?"

"Umm... We could play truth or dare."

"Oh. Yeah. I know how to play that."

"Ok."I sat back down. He put his stuff away. "I'll go first. Truth or Dare?"

"Dare."

"Okay. Umm... I dare you to... lick the bottom of my shoe." I said smugly. I knew he wouldn't do it. I put my foot in front of hi face tauntingly. He grabbed my foot and licked the bottom of it. "Eww! I didn't think you'd actually do it. I thought you'd chicken out."

"I never chicken out. I think we should make this game a bit more intense. The first person to chicken out looses."

"Okay, you're on."

"Okay. Truth or Dare."

"Truth." He rolled his eyes playfully.

"Who was the first person you ever loved?"

"Umm... I don't really know. I assume you mean, like, romantically, so I guess I'd say... The only person I ever kind of loved was Ron. I don't really think that was love though. We kissed during the battle, but I didn't really feel anything. You know?"

"Yeah. I know."

"So. Truth or Dare?"

"Dare. Again."

"Ohh. I have a good one. You have to let me put makeup on you, and wear my bra, and I'm taking pictures of it."

"Oh no! You won't show anyone, right?"

"I don't know maybe." I got my makeup stuff and put it on him. I took a bunch of pictures of him. He looked ridiculous.

"Ok." He said after he washed all the makeup off. "Truth or Dare?"

"Truth."

"Oh come on! You have to do a dare."

"Ugh. Fine I'll do dare."

"Yay! You are so going to lose. I dare you to sing a song at the top of your lungs."

"No! What if I get in trouble!"
