Valentines Day Special! A/N

All day, Laurance has been ignoring me and I was beginning to get worried.. Yesterday he was so happy that today was Valentines and that he'd get me something really special, but I barely got to talk to to him today!

First, he wasn't in bed. Secondly, he didn't have breakfast with me and Cadenza. Thirdly, he went to school early with the guys.. It was now lunch and I sat with Katelyn, I was playing with my fingers and I felt her run my back gently, seeing my distress. She was always hinting at something, expecting for me to know! "I'm sure Laurance has a good reason, maybe he is trying to mess with ya'?" Katelyn said calmly.

Hope began to rise in my chest, but quickly went away as I began to think negatively. "If he is, then I don't really find it funny.. I'm up for a good messing around, but Laurance was so excited for today and now he acts like its nothing..." I said disappointingly, I felt eyes burn into the back of my head and I glanced behind me and only seen the guys. They all had their backs to me and a sigh escaped my lips.

The end of the school day arrived and I found a note in my locker, the front had my name on it and the hand writing was very familiar, I knew it was Laurance's. My lips curled into a smile as I read the note, "I hated to keep you waiting, but once you get the time, go to the back of the school!"

I did exactly as the note instructed, no one was around the school area as far as I've seen, did Laurance put this note in my locker at the beginning of the day!? Panic began to take over my body and I quickly went to the back of the school, only to be greeted by many rose petals on the ground. Out of curiosity, I followed the trail as it went up to a small thing of orchid flowers with a note on the side, "I know these are your favorite flowers. Beautiful, aren't they? Well, they remind me of you, Aphie!"

I laughed at his little flirt, he didn't forget about today.. I followed a trail of yellow rose petals that led into a small area with a willow tree. Against the willow tree, I seen that light brunette haired boy, Laurance. I tiptoed behind him and gave him a huge hug from behind, "Laurance!" I chirped and he smiled and he turned around and hugged me back, "I see you got the note?" He said and I nodded, my chest listening to his calm heartbeat, I felt content as he held me close.

"I was beginning to worry that you forgot about today!" I said and he brushed some of the hair from my eyes.

"Never," he told me, "you know, I have a question for you."

I looked into his baby blue stare and tilted my head to the side slightly, "Yes?"

"Aphie, after all the ups and downs we've had, all the good memories and bad ones. I think it's actually time I man up and ask you... Will you be my girlfriend? We can stick by each other's side until the day we make a bigger commitment." Laurance said, his voice slightly shaking from nervousness and my cheeks pushed a shade of pink. He took the day to help put up something sweet like this, Katelyn was in on it.. She knew Laurance's little plan.

A smile was now in my lips and I nodded, "I'd love to be your girlfriend, Laurance.." He gave out a small sigh of relief and leaned in and gave me a passionate kiss on the lips and I didn't hesitate to kiss back, a small smile was still there.

"Happy Valentine's Day.."
