You are the last thing I see when I close my eyes
And the first thing I see during the sunrise
At night I used to shiver from the cold
But now in your arms and warm from your hold
The way you hold me makes me feel safe at night
Helps me start the next day chipper and bright
I feel your warmth as I sleep as you breathe down my neck
As well as the warmth from your lips with your morning peck
Staying up late in the dark together watching TV
Waking up early to make breakfast for you and me
If these times should ever go away, do give me a warning
I've already gotten used to this type of good morning

Fluster of Emotions
PuisiLove, heartbreaks, confusion, misunderstandings, any romantic situation all put into poems. I may not be the best poet or a poet at all, but revealing how I can feel deep down inside is all that counts.
