the hugged each other.
and kissed each other.
for a very long time.
they didn't want to let go.
they didn't want it to end.
because they loved each other.

they we're in the car now. tyler bit his lip and tried not to smile.
"ty, w-what'd they do to you?" joshes dark eyes were bloodshot and he had bags under them.
he hadn't slept since tyler went missing.
he refused to.
tyler shook his head.
"i don't wanna talk about it." he mumbled. he looked out the window and nodded his head to the beat of the music that was playing on the radio.
"okay. im sorry." he whispered softly and took tyler's small hands in to his own.

they finally arrived home, splashy awaiting them.
"im going to bed now." tyler walked sleepily in to the bedroom and almost fell asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow.

josh lied on the couch for a while. he knew tyler was already asleep.
he thought back to high school.

the three boys and two girls all sat in a circle. it was after school and everybody was at dylan's house.
it was josh, dylan, elijah, jenna, and debby.
josh was never the greatest friends with elijah. he was invited because of dylan.
"elijah, truth or dare?"debby asked him. debby always had a crush on josh, but he has always though she was problematic.
"truth."
"are you gay?" she asked and laughed.
elijah's face grew hot and he rolled his eyes.
"n-no, why?"
josh knew. he knew how it felt. he could tell.
elijah liked boys.
then tyler transferred to their school junior year.
him & elijah clicked.

josh decided he wanted to bed. he wrapped his arms around tyler.

"goodnight, tyler." he whispered.
