Give the British Museum Their own Heritage Part 14

I believe Britain has a heritage that must be preserved 

Shown and revived by all for all to visit and see, without 

The hiss of crime or blame but one of pride of what 

and how the united islands of peoples now  must see their own.

Give back what belongs to others by history's claim

Make room in those halls for the story of the British Isles.

And be proud of your history and what you and yours achieved over time.

It isn't the fragments of a temple that speak  of your greatness 

Nor the pieces of others history and art, which history 

states your uniqueness  and strength.

The pride of Britain isn't how you took 

But how you grew and learnt to make your own

Amazing achievements of literature , architecture 

And the artists of greatness must be explained. 

It is what you have made from that foundation 

What your land has done and your history which needs 

To be instilled as the pride of place within your nations

Minds and hearts. So give this achievement a show case.

Allow the world to see why you be as you are today

And give your people their own spirit back without

The instilled weakness of those things which give 

A different view of the empire that once was.
