Eight years you have existed
Your windowed walls allowing natural light
to bath the marbles of the Parthenon in Aegean sight
In line with the Famous building of old which we can see
Adoring the hill high on the Acropolis. Athena's treasure.
No building will cover the line of sight of this ancient temple.
And Athens will forever stay short without the skyscrapers
So all can see this old temple shine in purpose against the sky.
Acropolis Museum and all those who know me,
I pledge to you that I'll forever work hard to achieve
the Return of all the fragments of this old ancient temple.
To have one day those fragmented sculptured stones
Still sitting in the halls of the British Museum returned
to their home, you Acropolis Museum
And then the purpose of your being will be fore filled.
As it was this that the Greeks build you as they did
With uninterrupted views of the top of the Acropolis
And the Parthenon, all still await for their return.
