• Kenleey's P.O.V •

Who was this new group, they seemed off, I should just kill everyone and go on my own. I've thought about more the once. Even tried sneaking off but then I thought about Nellie and knew she wouldn't want me to but look at her now.

• Nellie's P.O.V •

I watched Kenleey closely as everyone was introducing themselves to the others, I saw Kenleey eyeing down 10k as 10k stands close to me for protection, something Kenleey would do, but as I saw everyone get friendly with each other I tell 10k to go on watch.
"So nellie what's the plan" Caitlyn asked me
"We all stay here, only if Garnett wants his group to stay" I said
"We aren't staying, we gotta get Murphy to California but I'll be sure this is a safe house for us" he said as he patted my back
"We'll be staying for a day or two" warren said
"10k said he was staying with you" Garnett said
"I'll talk to him later" I said
"It was nice meeting you all but I think it's time to sleep" addy said as she dragged Mack to the basement where they would be staying for there "alone time"
"Yeah, she's right see you guys in the morning" Garnett said making his group go up to there rooms for me to have alone time with the others in the living room.
We all sit down with Kenleey sitting next to Alexis really close which told me what happened while I was gone.
"What happened to you" Kayla said
"I went back to Javier's place" I said
"And what happened" Caitlyn said
I look at Kenleey then back at Caitlyn
"I killed everyone there" I said
"Why did you run off" Alexis said sassy
"I didn't mean too, I get bit on the leg and z's started chasing after me" I said
"Wait, you got bit" lily said
"On my bandage" I said
"It didn't go through" Kenleey said making me a little surprised with how deep his voice was talking to me.
"I'm still here, aren't I" I said
"Sadly" I hear Alexis mumble
    "Why didn't you come back" lily asked
    "I was lost and I needed a new start, it hasn't really been all rainbow and sunshine with our group" I said glancing at Kenleey
    " we can start over here, right" Caitlyn said
    "If you guys wanna stay then sure" I said
    "I call the couch" Kayla said
    "I'm not sleeping tonight, we'll talk more in the morning" I said as I get up and I look at Kenleey then at the others and I walk outside to 10k.

                           One week later

• Nellie's P.O.V •

    "This is always your place" I said to warren as I hugged her
    "I'll always remember that, don't get yourself killed" she said as she lets go of me and gets in their truck.
    I look at 10k in the back of the truck looking at me in sadness.
    "You know you can always come back 10k" I said looking at him
    "I know, I'll come back" he said
    "Get Murphy to California and come back and tell me how it goes" I said
    "Will do" he said
    I hit on the truck and back away as the truck drives off me and 10k looked at each other until he was out of sight.
    "Now it's just us" Caitlyn said with the others behind her
    "Yeah it is" I said
    "Can we all just live happy ever after now" lily said
    "No" I hear Kenleey making me turn around to face all of them with bags except lily,Kayla and Caitlyn.
    "Now your leaving" I said looking at Kenleey and Alexis who was really close to each other.
    "We don't need you" Alexis said
    " if you leave, your never coming back" I said
    "So that other groups get to but we don't" Kenleey said
    "They actually helped and didn't betray me" I said in a low growl
    "What did we do" Brett said
    "You didn't even try looking for me" I said in anger" you just went on to Washington and forgot all about me"
    "We thought you were dead" Brett said
    "I'm sure you did" I said glaring at Kenleey
    "This is why we're leaving" Kenleey said glaring at me back
    "Then fucking go, I'm better off on my own , just all of you leave" I yelled
    "I hope you die" Alexis said clinging on to Kenleey
    "I hope you turn" I said as I walked past them all and shutting my door and locking it.
    I'm on my own.
