•Nellie's P.O.V•

I didn't sleep at all last night, I didn't want to. I kept watch for Javier, I didn't want him coming back after I told the others he was dead.
I walked into the bathroom so no one would bother me since everyone has been all day. I needed a break, just for a minute. Well I didn't.
"Nellie, you okay" Kenleey asked
"Yeah, just needed a minute" I said
"Come out"he said
"Why"I asked
"Nellie, I know your not okay"he said
"Just go" I said hoping it would work
"No" he said
I groaned and I open the door to see him standing there.
"What"I said
"What's up"he asked
"Nothing, just wanted a minute alone which I can't fucking get" I said getting frustrated
"Sorry, but we need to have a meeting" he said
"Just fucking go, I'll be there in a minute. You're the fucking leader. Act like it, you don't need me" I said as I slammed the door shut
I hear him walk away and I sigh in relief. I knew I was to harsh on him but I'm not the leader so why is everyone counting on me.

I walked out of the bathroom and I take a deep breath and exhaling before going down to living room and looking out the window and I see everyone yelling at each other.
I walk out there angry, can't even leave for one damn minute without them arguing about some dumb shit.
Once they realized I was out there, they stopped yelling and stared at me.
"What the fuck is going on" I said
"We need to leave tonight" Kenleey said
"Why should we even leave. We are perfectly fine here" Brett said
"Why the hell do you guys make it so difficult on yourselves. We are leaving, just not tonight. We leave in the morning, off to our original destination. Denver, Colorado" I said
"No Washington DC" Kenleey said looking at me in disgust
"Why in the leaving hell would we go there" I said
"The White House, and other places will have shelters and supplies. There's nothing in Colorado" he said getting sassy
"There's shelters, supplies, and a house with water and electricity there much better then Washington" i said.
"If there's military shelters there then there will be lots of weapons" he said
"Those things were set up every where, I'm guaranteed there will be weapons there too plus ammo and weapons stores" I said
"I like nellies plan" Caitlyn said along with the rest of them but Eli and Alexis
"Who's the fucking leader, I am so we are going with my plan" Kenleey said then walked away
"Yeah, walk away like a little bitch" I said
"Don't be so rude" Alexis said chasing after him
"Yeah whatever bitch, you don't even know him" i said
"Nellie what are we doing" Caitlyn asked
"I'm guessing going on a suicide mission to Washington. Where we won't have a place to go" I said as I walked off and I see it's getting dark. I walk to a different house and I sit there looking at the sky.

• Nellie's P.O.V •

I watch as Alexis walks out of the house her and Kenleey were in for a awful long time which worried me a little. I walked in and I saw Kenleey with no shirt, I'm guessing they fucked, great.
I decided what I was doing next. I didn't need this group, I was better off alone. I walked into the room with my stuff in it and I started packing. I heard him walking up the stairs but I didn't care he wasn't going to stop me from leaving he clearly doesn't like me.
"What are you doing" I hear his deep voice behind me in concern
"leaving" I said
"Why" he asked a little hurt
"Oh so now you wanna listen to me" I said
"Nellie, I'm sorry" he said trying to come near me but I pushed him back.
"Don't be sorry. I'm leaving, no one can stop me, this group just makes me realized that I'm better off on my own" I said with a single tear going down my face but I wipe it away.
"Nellie-" I cut him off
"You know what Kenleey since you wanna flirt with other girls have sex with them I don't think I wanna be with you. I'm done okay, I'm fucking done with this bullshit." I said as I grab my full bag and I walk past him but he stops but gripping tight on to my arm and makes me look at him.
"I did not sleep with her. Don't leave me, I need you. Please stay." He said
I look at his eyes and I see sadness.
"Goodbye Kenleey" I said as I get out of his grip and I started walking down the stairs as I cried a little.
This is how it had to be, I can't stay here any longer or I will lose my guard. I climb over the fence, I was walking then it went black.
