"Then why did you put up with me all this time?!" Nagisa shouts as we both stood behind the school, avoiding all the noise and distractions from the reality outside of ours.
"I've stayed with you all this time....because....because.." I stuttered helplessly as I stare at the man who stole my heart. Was I really just about to tell him all the feelings I kept inside of me all this time?
"Because what?!"
"I....I....." God...this is like a horribly cliché romance movie. "LIKE you OK?!"

I woke up yet again from another nightmare, my forehead drenched in sweat and my eyes swollen from crying for the SIXTH time this week. God, I'm so helpless, I'm so naïve to think that the one person I liked so much would've actually said that he liked me too, I shudder just remembering what he said to me after I confessed to him.
"You....like me? Kona. You like me?" He said in utter disbelief evident on his face, as if he couldn't even comprehend a person like me having feelings for him.
Looking down I simply nodded my head, not wanting to embarrass myself even more.
"Kona.... I...don't know what to say..."
You never needed to say anything.
"I...I'm sorry, Kona. I can't do this with you." He said then turned around and ran away.
And I suppose this is how everything goes, with everyone just running away from me in the end. No love for this one.
