Here We Go

"BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!"

That sound is one we can all recognize, but nobody is fond of it. I'm not a morning person whatsoever. I hate waking up, but I had to get ready. Today we were leaving for Nashville. I rubbed my eyes, sat up, and stretched my arms. I sat there for a few minutes then I grabbed my phone.

"Goodmorning beautiful, when you are ready, call me and I will come get your bags"

He's such a gentleman. I loved it.

I replied with, "Alright, see you soon."

I went to my closet to pick out my outfit for the day. Since we were gonna be in the car for hours I decided to get something comfortable. Tank top, shorts, and toms. Simple enough. I went to the bathroom and did my normal daily routine.

Wash face.

Brush teeth.

Makeup.

Straighten hair.

I packed the rest of my stuff and grabbed my phone. I dialed Dylan's number.

"Hello"

"Hey Dylan, Im ready."

"Alright, I'll be over to get your stuff as soon as I put mine in the car."

"Alright, bye."

I  brought my bags downstairs and told my parents bye, and then there was a knock at the door. It was Dylan. He ran up to me and gave me a hug. His hugs are the best.

"You look very pretty."

"Thank you Dylan. You look good yourself."

We both started laughing. He grabbed my bags and carried them over to his house. They had rented a mini van to drive since I was tagging along. He put my stuff in the back and then we got in the car. We got in the very back. There were pillows and blankets in the back seats. I was glad. I can't go on long car trips without stuff like that.

"Sorry about all this stuff, I have to have these for trips."

"It's fine. I'm the same way."

He winked at me. Cray, Stacy, and Ed were all walking out of the house as we were getting situated. When they got in the car they all said hi to me and then we were off. It wasn't long before we went over the bridge. I put my head in my knees. I hated going over bridges. Dylan looked up from his phone and he could tell I was scared, so he put his arms around me. He leaned in my ear and whispered,

"It's okay. You're in my arms, you're safe."

He is so cheesy, and romantic at the same time. I loved that so much. After we were off the bridge I sat back up. Dylan pulled me closer to him. I put my head on his shoulder and we were looking at his twitter. He was showing me all of his mentions. He has amazing fans. Most of them were like "Can't wait to see you at Teen Hoot" and stuff like that. He switched over to Instagram and he took a picture of us. It was cute, and I loved it.

"On the way to Nashville with this extremely beautiful girl"

That was his caption. He is seriously too sweet. Before long, we both fell asleep. My head on his shoulders, his head on me. It was perfect.
