Haneul and I have been on a few dates now. Each time being so euphoric. I had no doubts about my feelings for her. I think I was ready to take things further.
For today's date, I took her back to my special spot again.
"Haneul ?" I said, looking over to her staring out to the ocean.
"Yes, Hobi ?"
The nervousness came over me again.
"I–" "H-Han–" "Wi-Wi–"
"D-Do y–"
"Hoseok, breathe."
"H-Haneul, I really like you and I want to spend more time with you, and go on more dates with you. I wanna make you smile every day. Will you be my girlfriend ?" I said anxiously.
She then flashed that beautiful smile at me, the one I want to see every day.
"Hobi, you already make me smile everyday. Even on the days when I don't see you. Thinking about you makes me smile. I'd love to be your girlfriend."
The both of us were smiling so widely now. I hugged her tightly, then stood up and leaned on the railing in front of us.
"YAAAY !! HANEUL IS MY GIRLFRIEND !!!" I screamed out to the beach scenery. She giggled and told me to sit back down with her.
We both felt pure happiness being together.
