My love forever <3 11

        The sound of my phone ringing jolted me out of my sleep. I grabbed my phone and looked at the number, it was unknown.

"H-hello?" My voice was tired and still half asleep.

"Mrs. Conner? This is lyndsey. I would like to inform you on Kaitland, she is in labor, and soon to have the baby. You should probably get down here."

I joltted up throwing on anything i could see. "Ill be right there!" I hung the phone up, and jumped on the bed.

"Matthew! Wake up! Kaitland is about to have the baby!" I jumped off the bed and slipped on some shoes. 

Matthew was up within seconds of telling him. "No way! Like right now?" He grabbed the baby's gift and we were out of the house and on the way. 

We both ran through the door, although mine was just a fast walk I couldn't really move that fast.

We asked the lady for her room number, and she informed us that she was already delivering the baby!

oh my gosh! I'm so nervous! Ran through my head.

"Are you ready babe?" Matthew touched my hand.

"I'm so nervous, as if I am meeting someone that had my future in there hands."

"it will be okay." He kissed my forehead and smiled.

We walked down the labor and delivery hall to find only one person standing in the waiting room which was Lyndsey.

"Welcome! Are yall ready to be parents!" 

"Yes." I smiled nervously. 

"Well, he will be here in about another 10 minutes!"

"We are ready." Matthew smiled.

We sat there which seemed like a million minutes when finally it was time.

"Mr, Mrs. Conner you want to see your baby?"

The nurse wheeled a clean healthy baby boy out.

Baby blue eyes just like my brother. We gave the nurses a duck outfit for the baby.

"Can I hold him" My eyes were burning from the tears falling.

"We are going to go make sure everything is right ma'am and then you will be able to hold him." The nurse took him to the nursery.

I turned to Matthew, he pulled me close and held me against him while I cried.

"Shhh, its okay baby. Shh."  He soothed me.

"M-my brother would be so proud Matthew, s-so prouddddd." I held onto Matthew to support my shaky knees.

"I know baby, I know, but you can do this, you are so strong. I'm going to help you through this all, that baby needs you to be strong Emma. You can do this." He looked in my eyes.

I walked into Kaitlands room. She just layed there looking out the window.

"K-Kaitland?" I walked to the side of her bed,and touched her hand.

She jerked her hand away form mine and didn't look at me.

"Leave Emma. I can't see this baby. Please just take him away, and I never want to see you, Matthew, or the baby again." I backed up obviously offended.

"Excuse you Kaitland, but I am doing this for my brother and if you want to be like this so be it! I never want to hear from you." I walked out to Matthew holding the baby.

"He looks just like Jake Em's." He rocked back and forth.

"Emma we have a room for you tonight so you can keep an eye on the baby. You will be able to take him home tomorrow."
