                "Hello, this is Emmalynn Mil- uh Conner. I'm calling to talk to a Lyndsey Shay about a case."

I sat at our kitchen table watching out our bay window, while waiting for Matthew to get home.

I was off today, and it was time to make this call, Kaitland was due in about 4 days. I couldn't believe that I was about to be the mother to my brother's baby.

"Okay ma'am give me one sec and Ill get you to her." I went on hold.

Honestly I was scared to death. What if It was to hard? What if I was in over my head? Was I making the right decision?

"This is Lyndsey Shay." The female voice came on the other line.

"Hello Lyndsey it's Emmalynn." I said in a soft voice.

"Emmalynn! I'm very glad to get hear from you. Have you made your decision?"

"Yes ma'am I have. I would like to take her parenting right's me and my husband." I pushed my bangs out of my face still looking out the window.

"That is great Mrs.Conner! We will schedule a meeting tomorrow at about, hmmm say 12?"

"Yeah that will work, do I need to bring my husband?"

"Yes, he will have to sign papers too, and Mrs.Kaitland will be present also, will that be alright?"

"That will be fine, I'v talked to her." Well kinda, I wouldn't consider that first part a talk.

"Okay we will see you then, thank you so much Emmalynn." She hung up.

Oh gosh! I was going to have 2 newborns in the house. I was due in 5 months, and Katiland is due in 4 days. This was going to be hard, but I know I can do it!

I got up and went to the piano pulled out the music I played for my brother and began playing.

My fingers slid across the piano with skill and grace. Many memories filled my head, laughs, and smiles.

I closed my eyes still playing, and imagined my brother sitting next to me.

"Sissy, will you teach me to play one day? I want to play just like you!" 

I saw my little brother, age 5 sitting next to me bouncing wanting to play like me. I never tought him, always putting it off killed me today thinking about it.

I felt someone sit next to me and begin playing the piano with me. I smiled.

"Your home." I kept my eyes closed.

"I am, and your playing piano." He played with me, he was so musically talented.

"I am." I opened my eyes and kissed him still playing.

"You are so sexy when you play piano." He smiled seductively.

I giggled. "Why thank you my mannn."

The sound of the piano slowly died away and we looked at each other.

"Did you get a hold of that social girl person, or whatever she is?"

"Yes I got  a hold of that social girl person." I laughed. "We have a meeting with her tomorrow at 12"

"Alright, well the guys are coming over with the girls for a couple of beers, is that alright with you my lady?"

I plopped my head back sarcastically. "I guessssss." Honestly I loved the company.

"Good cuz' Luke misses you, he asks about you like all the time, let me find out you have a boyfriend on the side."

"Oh yes so many baby, mm I go to him all the time hes just so dynamite."
