Amber's POV
Will was being really weird and I was kind of concerned about him. We drove to an old abandoned warehouse and I could hear screaming. It matched that of the woman in my dreams. Where we actually here?
"Stay behind me and be prepared for anything. Got it?" Will said sounding worried.
"Of course." Little did he know I planned on leaving him after he got to his brother and father.
"Come on then." Both of us went inside and it didn't look like a warehouse. It looked like a forest. Like in my dream. It looked exactly like it. The scream of the woman was so loud it was like it could bust your ear drums. As we walked through we could see signs of where people had been.
"Will?" I heard a voice come from behind us. "Will!" An older man came running over to us and pulled Will into a hug. "I knew you would come." I could tell the more I looked at the man that it was Samuel.
Will seemed to be gritting his teeth while his dad had him in a hug obviously not happy he's being reunited with his father.
"Come this way I'll show you where your brother is." Samuel started walking in front of us will following behind him and well once they where at a perfect distance I started towards the screams. Yes I know it may not be the smartest thing to do but I needed to know if it was her.
I ran as fast as I could so I could make some distance between Will and I , and I figured the sooner I get to get the more likely I am to save her.
As I got closer the screams got louder and louder and it got hotter. I could hear the sound of fire burning. As i got closer i decided maybe i should get out my gun for whatever took them could still be here.
When I got to where i could see the fire i was standing at the edge of a huge clearing. There was a big bon fire in the center. I looked around and saw a woman sitting half way in a crate. You could only see from her shoulders up. It was to dark to see her face but I could tell the screams where coming from her.
I looked around to see if I could see anyone but no one else was around. So I ran to the woman. I found a lantern and I turned it on.
"Momma!" I tried to find the lock to open the crate.
She wouldn't stop screaming. "It's ok I'm here now. I'm here to help." I found the lock and was able to brake it. I got it unhooked and opened it to see she was sitting in a crate full of snakes.
Personally I hated snakes so this freaked me out a lot. I grabbed her by her arm and pulled her up and out.
"Momma please if you can help at all please try." She had finally stopped screaming and she seemed to want to help but I'm not sure she could move her legs.
I heard a noise coming from the bushes and whatever it was it sounded angry. I was able to get my mother onto my back and I ran back into the woods. After I felt we had went far enough for now I found us a place to hide.
"Who? Who are you?" My mother voice was full of fear.
"I guess it had been a long time since we've seen each other." I laughed a small laugh. "It's me mama it's me Amber." I smiled and looked her in the eye.
"Amber?" My mother started to cry and pulled me into a hug which lead me to cry.
I had her back. She was finally here. I had her again. She's my mother and I got her back. We can spend forever trying to catch up now. Or at least so I thought.
