"Here's your ID, it has your names and when you scan it on a door, if you are allowed access it'll open," The boss tells us, handing us each a lanyard with ID. The card has our face and name on it, along with a barcode scan thing - it was quite plain, and yet the lanyard was a bright blue colour, with the company's logo printed repeatedly along the fabric.
"Thank you, we're excited to work at JYP!" I cheer, bowing at the boss to show respect, as he leaves the room. Kay and I look at each other once our new boss leaves the room and we suddenly start squealing quietly to each other.
"I'm so happy!" Kay cheers, jumping up and down in excitement. We're currently in one of the office rooms, it's completely empty except for us because everyone is on lunch break, but we had just arrived to have our induction.
"Should we go look around?" I ask, to which Kay nods enthusiastically, grabbing her ID card ready to unlock some doors. I put my bag in our designated area, because I didn't want to be carrying it around everywhere, and Kay copies, muttering 'good idea'.
"Let's go~" Kay yells, as she unlocks the first door with the card. We look down the hallway and see a bunch of doors, and an elevator to go up to more floors. "There's so much to look through!"
"Remember, we probably won't be able to get into half of these rooms," I remind her, grabbing her arm and pulling her along to the first room, which just happens to unlock with our ID.
We enter a lounge area, where people are sat chatting, drinking and eating snacks - this is most likely the employees social area. A few people are looking at us as we open the door and look in, we look at each other before awkwardly leaving the room again.
We continue on searching, most of the doors on the ground floor are open to us, I guess this is the floor we'll be on most of the time. The rooms are all perfectly designed and match the same concept as the others, I would create an aesthetic instagram of all the rooms if we were allowed to share photos of the inside.
