*Juliette's pov*
I watched as Alexa tried to talk to a pretty blonde girl who looked about the same age.
"Alexa could really use a friend her age, huh?"
"Yeah. She's a bit......different than the other girls at her school."
"How so?"
"Why do you care about her?"
"I didn't say that. But Kasin is the same age."
"And you care?"
"Well she is my sister......"
"Really?"
"Yeah.......stay here. I'm not telling you to this time. I'm asking."
"What about Alexa's school?"
"Blake's girlfriend Gabriella homeschools Kasin. Alexa is more than welcome to join them."
"And you're sure about that?"
"Yeah. I'm Drew by the way."
"Juliette."
I looked back at Alexa. She looked happy to finally have someone to talk to. Was I really the type of older sister to ruin that?
"You know, Juliette, I'm not actually that bad."
"Really?"
"I'm not. Janelle just wants a normal friend. I just want to make her happy. I just thought that I was failing as her boyfriend."
I don't know why I did what I did. But after he said that, I made a decision.
"You're not. We'll stay for a few days. If it doesn't work out, Alexa and I get to go home. If it works, we'll stay."
"Are you trying to make a deal with me?"
"Yeah."
"Fine. You have a deal."
