 She was two parts rolled into one.

The judge, and the executioner inside his heart.

She had the power to make him feel such joy,

he felt like he could walk on water. But,

with a teardrop in her eyes, and a look of wistful want,

she could break his heart.

And he knew that, but nonetheless, 

He let her in.

With joy.
