Morality sat by the bed as Logic slept, the other emotion turning on his side again and muttering in his sleep.

"No... not paradoxes... not paradoxes... no!"

"Logic!" He shook him awake so Logic looked around, feeling for his glasses so Morality placed them on his head, holding one side to do so. He took his hand away to turn on the light, turning back to Logic afterwards. "Bad dream?" Logic groaned

"Ugh. the worst. I can't get rid of the paradoxes..." He took a moment to wipe the sweat from his forehead. Morality passed him a glass of water

"Tell me one, let it out"

"All right. the most troubling one is that... well it's just... how do we have emotions when we are emotions ourselves? does it just go on forever? can it? oh god my head!" He slumped back onto the pillow as Morality placed another flannel on his forehead, taking out a thermometer.

"Open" Logic grudgingly obliged. "If you really can't sleep i can get you something"

"No!" He calmed down "Every time i'm alone i hear them again"

"Oh Logic... you're too smart you know that?" Logic smiled

"Impossible"

"You overthink too much, it's going to drive you crazier than my dad jokes!"

"That would literally be impossible" Morality smiled slightly

"Good to see you're feeling more yourself!" Logic wondered. Why was he better now? He began to overthink again until Morality cut into his thoughts

"Stop. You'll hurt your head" Love looked in from the doorway, feeling her hearts on her necklace, her own presence starting to show.

"Huh. interesting..." She smiled "We'll know soon"
