Diggy's P.O.V.

Keith-Pop-pop, it's show time!

Diggy-Show time! I sang the background.

Keith-Guess who's back again? Oh, they don't know?

Diggy-Gone tell 'em!

Keith-Oh they don't know? My 5 year old sang along to 24K Magic by Bruno Mars.

Diggy-Gone tell 'em!

Keith-I bet they know soon as we walk in!

I honked the horn twice before singing the next part...

Diggy-Showin' up!

Keith-Westin' Cuban links, designer minks, inglewoods finest shoes! He sang his heart out from the backseat.

Diggy-Ooohh shit! I'm a dangerous man with some money in my pocket.

Keith-Keep up! He sang.

It was his first day of kindergarten and I had to get him excited so he'd have a good day! YN would be here but she would be all clingy and stuff and that'd make him sad so she sat this one out.

I pulled up to Keith's learning center and turned the music down slowly. Keith looked around and then pouted.

Diggy-First day big boy! I smiled at my son through the rear view mirror.

Keith smiled back at me.

Diggy-You excited? I asked him.

Keith shook his head yes.

I parked the car and turned it off.

Keith-Well come on daddy, I don't wanna be late. He said.

I laughed and got out of the car. Keith I strapped himself from his car seat and I helped him out of the car.

Keith-Is the part we say bye byes daddy?

Diggy-*Smiles* Not yet. Lemme take a picture of you.

Keith-Otay.

Keith stood by the brick wall as I pulled my phone out of my pocket.

Diggy-Smile, Keith. I said as he didn't pose for the pictures.

Keith-Daddy my friends can see me now! He said.

Diggy-Ohh well excuse me! These will just have to do . I laughed and put my phone back in my pocket.

I walked Keith into his classroom where a little girl said hi to him.

"Hi Keith! I like your outfit." She said to him.

Keith-Thank you. My mommy picked it. He said while scrunching his nose up.

I smiled.

Keith's teacher- Hi Keith! You ready to start your day today? She asked him.

Keith-Yes, but first I gotta say bye bye to my daddy. It's his first day without me just like it's my first day without him. He said to his teacher quietly.

I laughed.

Keith's teacher did too.

Keith's Teacher-Take your time. She smiled at me and walked away.

I squatted down to Keith's level and smiled at him.

Keith-Bye daddy. He said while playing with my tie.

Diggy-Bye son. I love you. I kissed his forehead.

Keith-I love you too daddy. Have a good day at work.
He said before he ran off to play.

I smiled at how big he's getting.

I turned and walked out of the building feeling a little sad but as soon as I got in the car I knew what I needed to pick me up.

Diggy-Play 24 k magic. I said to my voice command as I put my seat belt on and headed off to work.
