Fumble Part 2

YN-Have a good day baby. I kissed my sons forehead as he ran into his classroom.

I didn't know how I was going to cope without Diggy. I've loved him for years but I will not play the fool for him. He cheated on me, more than once so I can't stick around any longer.

YN-*Sniffle and walk back to the parking lot*

I had on my white joggers, timberland boots, and a light blue hoodie that said 'JetSetters Up'.

YN-UGHHHH! I grunted as I looked down at my hoodie that was a symbol of Diggy and his music.

I got in my car and cried a few more heavy tears.

YN-*Puff air out of your cheeks* Okayyyy. I sighed and proceeded to drive to my lawyers office, where I would have to face Diggy.

Diggy's P.O.V.

Diggy-I was stupid. I should have never done it. I don't want to be here! I need her back. I need to be in my sons life 24/7/365. Please. I pleaded to my lawyer.

Diggy's Lawyer-*Sighs* Mr.Simmons I will do everything in my power to make this divorce last a little longer, but Mrs.Simmons has requested that you two are legally separated from each other immediately.

Diggy-*Sighs*

Your Lawyer-*Clears her throat* Excuse me, gentlemen. My clients here now so please don't speaks of her in a non professional manner.

I was slightly nervous, and happy to see YN.

YN-*Sniffle* I'm sorry I'm late.

Once I saw that YN had been crying I just became 100% nervous. I knew I hurt her but knowing that I couldn't be there to stop her tears and hold her tight gave me chills.

Diggy-*Looks down*

Diggy's Lawyer-Why are you late?

YN's Lawyer- Excuse m-

YN-No it's fine...*sniffle* My son couldn't find his left shoe... In all honesty. *Chuckle lightly*

Diggy-*Smiles weakly at the floor*

Diggy's Lawyer-Your sons name is Carter right? *Smiles at YN*

YN-Yeah. *Sniffle and wipe your tears*

Diggy-*Clears his throat*

I looked up at YN and saw her gently biting down on her bottom lip.

Diggy-It's gonna bleed.

She stopped biting her lip.

YN's lawyer looked at YN then back at me.

YN's Lawyer-Wow...

Diggy-What? I asked YN's lawyer.

YN's Lawyer-N-nothing. She looked down at her paperwork.

Diggy's Lawyer-YN getting right to business with Carter, how do you feel about custody.

YN-I hadn't really put much thought into it...I -I really haven't put much thought into anything actually.

Diggy-*Clenches his jaw and looks down again* C-can I talk to her for a second please?

Yn's Lawyer- *Looks at YN*

YN-*Nod your head yes*

YN's Lawyer-10 minutes...good?

I nodded my head and both of our lawyers left.

I walked closer to YN and sat in a chair next to her.

Diggy-...you been okay?

YN-Is that a trick question? She sniffled and wiped her tears with out looking at me.

Diggy-Baby...

YN-I'm not your baby.

Diggy-...YN... I never would hurt you on purpose. You know I love you. *Sniffles*

YN looked into my eyes for a second and then broke down crying hysterically.

I quickly scooped her into my arms and sat her on my lap.

Diggy-Shhhh baby it's okay. I kissed the top of her head and rocked her back and forth in my arms.

YN P.O.V.

After I cried for a few minutes in Diggy's arms I found the inner strength to get myself together and do what I had to do...

YN-*Sniffle and get off of his lap*

I walked to wear my lawyer was sitting and grabbed her pen and our divorce documents.

I walked back towards Diggy and placed the pen and papers in front of him.

YN-I-I love you...*Sniffle* b-b-but *take a deep breath* I can't be with you. *Wipe your tears*

Diggy sighed heavily and grabbed the pen, signing his famous signature on the printed line and then looked back at me.

YN-...Bye dig's. I half smiled feeling relieved that I could go on knowing that no ones cheating on me.

Diggy stood up and kissed my forehead softly.

Diggy-Bye ma.

I grabbed my purse and put my sunglasses on. I walked out of the office and back to my car.

I heard Diggy mumble:

"sorry for fumbling your heart baby girl..."
