Chapter 8: Ceremony

>Declan’s POV<

            In my suit, I walked out the door with my wife in a scarlet red dress. I opened the door to see hundreds of werewolves of both the Ranger’s tribe and ours. Then I walked to the podium and cleared my throat, getting everyone’s attention. Then I said, “Hello everyone. I know you guys are all aware of what is happening. So this alliance will because of two of our young werewolves among us, Colin Ranger and Nathan McCrea.”

>Nathan’s POV<

            As the crowd clapped and cheered, Colin grabbed my hand said, “Are you ready?” I blushed and responded,” Yes, lets go.” I walked out to the courtyard in Colin’s arms, and I looked to see everyone with smiles on their faces. Soon, the sound of string instruments had started to play. We reached the podium and Colin and I shook hands with the superiors and Colin’s and my parents hands. One of the superiors told us, “Go to the house of 5 miles our near the Lake of Serenity. That is where Colin will mark you.” I looked at Colin, and Colin looked at me and smiled. We shifted into our wolves and ran to the house. We finally got to the house, where the candles illuminated the windows. We entered the house and walked to a large bedroom. I lay down with Colin in the bed. His body was above mine, and he said, “Ok, I’m going to mark you as my territory.”

>Dan’s POV<

            I was under the gazebo with Bella, listening to our favorite song. Then later, the song “Roslyn” by: Bon Iver. She smiled and said, “Dan, you’re the greatest guy, and I would never take anyone but you.” I blushed and then said back with my heart beating faster, “Bella, you the most astounding girl in the world. There is no other beautiful girl than you. Even if I traveled the world, I would never have found the perfect girl like you.” I put my hand in her soft, silky hair. She smiled and held my hand that was touching her. She then had her lips on mine. Are lips slowly moved into sync, and she moved he hand up, and into my shirt. Her hands slowly moved up and down my torso, making my body cold.

>Nick’s POV<

            I was hanging with Nicole who I have invited during the ceremony. She smiled at me as she was eating a small piece of chocolate cake. After she’d finished the cake, she blushed and said, “Want to go somewhere else?” I blushed and took her hand, leading into my room. We sat down on my bed and she had her hand on my thigh, making me body tingle. She looked at me, and my hand touched her face, moving it closer to mine. Then we touched. I felt the love flow through us. Her lips were my fitting puzzle piece. We let go and she looked at me with a blushing smile. I quickly went to my little chest on my night table and pulled out identical necklaces. I gave her one and she said, “For me?” with a hand on her chest and a smile on her face. I then kissed her and said, “Yes. This is for us… and us only.” She smiled and giggled, giving me a hug. I looked into her innocent eyes and told my self, “She is beautiful.”

>Colin’s POV<

            I kissed the neck of Nathan and slowly gliding my tongue down to his belly button where he giggled. I then glided my tongue back to his chest, twirling my tongue around making Nathan moan. I then moved my mouth to his neck then Nathan’s body had turned cold. I looked at him, and he looked back in awe. I smiled and approached back to spot where I was going to mark him. I felt my fang teeth grow and I breathed out and bit into Nathan’s neck. When I bit down, he moaned and screamed in a pleasurable pain because his hands grasped my back like dry glue. Then my mate had released his hands, and had fell down.

I looked to see my mate had fainted and was overheated. He seemed in so much pain so then I quickly stripped off his long jeans and put him under the covers of the bed, and held him close to my body. His breathing was heavy. I rested my head on his shoulder, making his breathing unexpectedly calmed down. I wrapped my arms and held him close to me. His body became cooler and then moved him to rest on my chest. Then suddenly I heard a noise coming from the roof. I focused my body, and my wolf outfit morphed to my body. I quickly took out my swords and focused myself. Then a loud crashing sound of a breaking window spread through the house where my focus had deepened. Then a figure had appeared. His eyes were devilish. Than the figure snapped his finger, lighting his hand on fire. He then forced his hand forward, pushing me back without even touching me. My back had hit the wall. I was now feeling a gas weakening my senses. I as I was about to lose my consciousness, I heard Nathan scream, “COLIN!! HELP ME!! HELP ME!!” Then I blacked out.

>Dan’s POV<

            As I was kissing my beloved Bella, I had heard a scream, which startled me and Bella. I listened carefully and hear, “Help me!! Help me please!!” I looked at Bella and said, “It’s Nathan!! He is in deep trouble. Bella, you’re going to have to run to the party and alert that Nathan has been captured.” Bella kissed me and looked into my eyes and said, “Just be careful. Do your best to save you brother.” I then gave her a deepening kiss, and I ran off to get Nathan.

>Bella’s POV<

            I ran through the forest, with my heavy breathing and my heart racing. I finally reached the party, caught my breath quickly and yelled, “SOME ONE HELP ME!! NATHAN HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED!!” Everyone looked at me and the high werewolf superiors asked, “Were is he?” I then answered, “About six miles out, and northeast of this direction. Everyone transformed into their wolf form and ran right passed me. I then transformed and ran in front to show the way, by following Dan’s scent that I only could detect. Then  I said, “We’re almost close!” in a whispering voice. One of the werewolves said in a quiet tone, “Battle stations guys!!” The wolves then ran around, moving to their formations. I stayed with my parents, Dan’s parents, and the high werewolf superiors. Then I heard yelps and cries. Then our formation  went in to attack. Then we all stopped and saw a gigantic wolf with red hair and red eyes had appeared. One of the superiors said, “It’s the Prince of Darkness!” Every wolf had growled in disgust. The Prince of Darkness cackled into a hard laugh with Nathan unconsciously on his back. The Prince of Darkness then spoke with a crackling voice saying, “Once I am through with him, you only see the bit and pieces left of him.”

Everyone gasped, and then I ran toward Dan’s scent, where my baby was cut and wounded. I then transformed into my human form, and carried Dan’s wolf with the escort of the highest battle formation of only 6 wolfs. Then I came back with the Prince of Darkness gone and everyone murmuring. Then everyone rushed to the home to find Colin. We reached the house and saw Colin’s unconscious body on the floor. I put Dan down on the bed, and tapped my brother on the shoulder. He shot up, with his eyes widened and confused. Colin then said, “What happened!! Where is Nathan?” I then spoke and said, “He has been capture by the Prince of Darkness.” His eyes widened and the he spoke say, “WE GOT TO GO FIND HIM-“ Nathan’s father rushed in to say, “We can’t right now. We need to stock up weapons and go then.” The Colin got up and we all went  back  to the McCrea house, and I watched as a man of the other tribe put Dan in his bed. I then kissed his forehead, and sat in the chair next to his bed, watching him sleep. I looked out to the window, where the moon was full and said, “Nathan. Where ever you are. We just hope you will be ok.”
