The drive to the park was quiet. I seen Diana's body pressed against the car door. She seem afraid of being hit. She rolled the window down letting the cool breeze hit her face. She looks at me and I just smiled. She bats her eyes twice not in a sensual just blinks. She turned her head and stared out the window. I still couldn't wrap my finger around the fact she had no emotions. She had no life, no dreams, and no freedom. I pulled up to the parking spot and parked the car. I got out and ran over to the other side. I opened the door which startled her at first. I held out my hand to help her out. She took it and stepped out. I pulled her somewhat close to me gazing into her eyes. I took my other hand and traces the soft linings in her hand. "You have lovely hands." I said softly to her. She tensed up her face and pulled her hand away. "Let's have that walk shall we." she said walking off ahead of me. I smiled to myself and followed up behind her.

The walk remained silent. I figured she would start pouring out her inner most dark secrets. Nothing. I think I should start talking. "Are you happy with your marriage?" I asked. Diana hesitated in her response then replied, "Yes." "You don't sound too happy." "It's complicated." "How so?" "He married me when I was young. Really didn't have much time to adjust." "Did you ever have any fun?" "Never. Francis idea of fun is business banquets and bragging about his success. In reality he screwing his clients over. Don't tell anyone I said that." "I won't. What do you like to do for fun?" "I don't know." "Come on, everyone has something they love to do." "I really don't know." "When you figure that out? The two of us will do it." She scoffed loudly and walked up to a tree. She leaned against it keeping her head down. I pulled out my small camera and pointed it at her. I snapped the picture. She looked up and glared. "Will you stop taking pictures of me?" she said. "I can't help it. You're so beautiful." I said laughing. "Delete it!" "No." Diana comes at me trying to take the camera away. I held it up and she tried jumping for it. "I said delete it!" "No ones going to see it." She missed a step and nearly fell but, I caught her. Yet, I ended up falling too. I looked down at her and smiled. I ran my fingers down he cheek and through her hair. I seen her eyes close to my touch. She looked up at me and I smiled. I leaned down and kissed her cheek. I then felt her shove me off her. She gets up dusting the grass off. I stand up and she slapped me across my face. "Don't you ever do that to me again!" she screamed. I looked at her stunned. "Okay I won't." I assured. "Take me home now!" She stormed off to my car and I ran up behind her. She got in and slammed the door. I got in the other side and started the car.

She had her arms folded in front of her and looking out the window. I pulled up to my driveway and turned off the car. She stepped out and I did the same. She took off walking back to her place. I ran behind her pulling her arm. "Don't touch me!" she yelled. "I'm sorry! I shouldn't have done what I did. I just wanted to show you how much I care about you." I said. "You don't even know me!" "I don't care. That's what makes it more exciting. You deserve so much better." "Stay away from me!" She walked away and into her house. I walked back to my house and went inside. I went into my room and plopped down on the bed. What is wrong with you Robert? You're moving to fast. I look out the window to see Diana step into her room. She leaned against it placing her hand on her cheek. Her eyes lite up but, still no smile. I knew right there I couldn't keep away.
