The Verdict

Diana and I were running a little late to the court hearing. We finally arrived and Diana went over to her lawyer. I sat right behind her in the benches. She looked nervous as she sat there. I seen her jump from where she sat to see Francis in handcuffs heading toward his seat. He gives her a smirk and sits down with his lawyer. He leans back in his chair. He notices me and immediately glares at me. I did the same while inside I was laughing. He's such a dick. The judge comes in and the bailiff asked everyone in the court room to rise. "You may take a seat. Will the plaintiff please begin?" asked the judge. Diana's lawyer stands up and opens his file. "Your honor, my client has recently suffered domestic abuse both physical and mental. The defendent was arrested for brutally beating my client while being pregnant. We ask that the defendent be remanded without bail. Also, due to the fact my client is seeking an immediate divorce. This in which the defendent refuses to give. We ask that this marriage be terminated because of domestic abuse." "Objection, my client refuses this divorce because the accuser has been having sexual relations with another man. Therefore, the fetus at matter may possibly be his child." shouted the other lawyer. "Impossible, the fetus belongs to another man. It's medically irrelevent to the time line. I have the doctors diagnoses right here." "Your honor, my client is suffering from anger issues. He's wiling to make a plea." "It's a little to late for pleas now. Your honer all we ask is that this marriage be terminated with out the defendents signature and that he be remanded for the crime he has commited." "Alright. I'm taking in consideration of this case. I will grant the termination of marriage between both parties. Mr. Jefferson what you have done is a crime. Therefore, the defendent is to remanded with a bond of $1,000,000 and if you are able to be bonded out then I will place a restraining order on you that you are not to be within a 200 feet of the victim. If you violate that then you will be arrested and given no bond. Court is adjourn. Next case."

I was happy that Diana got her divorce but, I just know he's going to get bonded out. I wrap my arms around her as she hugged me tight. "Enjoy her while it last. She'll be back I just know it. You can't hide from me forever Diana!" shouted Francis as the officers take him away. "He's getting out. I just know he will." said Diana. She was on the verge of tears. "Don't worry. I will have a security system set up. If he steps a foot in our house we'll know. It will be fine." I assured her. She hugged me once more. I need to take her away somewhere. Some place where she can relax. We drove home and I went upstairs to pack our suitcase. "What are you doing?" asked Diana. "We are my lady are going away for awhile. A month to be exact." I replied cheerfully. "Why?" "To relieve some stress off of you. I want us to go relax." "What about your job?" "Don't worry I have that covered. Baby, I just want to get you away from here and forget about everything." She smiled up at me pressing her lips against mine. I pulled her closer for a more intimate kiss. Her lips tasted sweet. I pulled away gazing at her. I ran my fingers through her hair. I couldn't believe she was finally mine. "I love you, Robert. You always know how to make me happy." said Diana. "And I will keep making you happy. I want that smile of yours to stick around forever. I love you and its my job." "Good." "Help me pack?" "Yes."

Diana was scared at first when we took off in the plane. But, stayed calm and enjoyed the view from the window. After a few hours the plane finally landed. The Island of Curacao was the best place to vacation. The smell of carribean sea hit is like a wave. It was beautiful. We took a taxi to one of their finest five star motels. I paid for the presidential suite. Expensive stay for a whole month but, it didn't matter. The male bailhop rolls our luggage into the elevator leading us up to our room. He unlocked our door letting us in. Diana takes off into the room looking around. "Oh my God, honey its beautiful here." she said with glee. I chuckled and tipped the bailhop and he leaves. She was standing by the window. I wrapped my arms around her giving her a kiss on the cheek. "It's perfect. I can't wait to go walk on the beach." she said. "We can go now." I replied. She turns around smiling. "Really?! But, I don't have a swimsuit." "I'll get you one." I pulled out my wallet handing her my credit card. "Pick you out the best swinsuit they have. I'll wait for you here." "Are you sure?" "Yes. Now go." "Okay." With in a few minutes Diana came back handing me my card back. "Did you find a nice swimsuit?" I asked. "Yes I did but you can't see it yet." she replies going into the bathroom. I went and got dress into my blue swim trunks and white tank shirt. Diana soon comes out in some jean shirts and a tshirt. Talk about no wanting me to see. "Here put these on." I handed her one of my black shades. She puts them on and she looked goregous.

We left the room and down the elevator. I intertwined my fingers with Diana's as we walked to the beach. The breeze felt good as we watched the waves brush up against the sand. Very few people were there which was okay with me. I went to take my shirt off setting it on the sand. I look over at Diana who seemed to be eyeing me as I put sunscreen on. She takes the bottle away from me squeezing some into her hands. She began rubbing my chest with the lotion. "Your body looks amazing." she whispered. Her flirtation gaze was the cutiest. "Hurry up I want to see your swimsuit already." I blurted. She giggled at me and unbutton her shorts. "Close your eyes." I closed my eyes like she said. "Okay you can open them." I quickly opened them to see Diana in a pink floral two piece bikini. He slim yet curvy figure made me go nuts. Her breast were perked up nicely. "What do you think?" she asked swirling around. To be honest I was at a lost for words. "You look...wow. You look so sexy in that bikini." I said practically drooling on my words. She bit her bottom lips wrapping her arms around me. "Good. That's exactly what I wanted to hear." I gave her soft kiss on those plump sexy lips of hers. Diana's personality was bursting out like never before.

I helped her put sunscreen on and then we walked over to the water. I picked her up by suprise and walked further into the water. We fell into the cool ocean water. I held onto Diana's hand as we swam around. The water was clear and blue. The waves were gentle. I pulled her close to me we held eachothers hand. I gazed into her golden hazel eyes. The sun hit her now tanned skin making it glisten and gleam like diamonds. I kissed her cheek softly trailing every kiss down her neck. I pressed my lips against her kissing her passionatly. I could feel her finger running through my hair as she pulled me in closer. I can feel her tongue dancing against mine. She moved away from my lips trailing her kiss on my jawline. I could feel her tongue gliding up my neck as she kissed it. She planted kisses against my chest. Her every touch burned my skin with pleasure. I cupped my hands around her face. She gave me an angelic smile. "I love you, Diana." I whispered. "I love you even more." she whispered back. I hugged her against my body enjoying this moment. Diana had my heart for good. I knew deep down that I was never letting her go. The woman whom I watched from a distance in my room was now mine. Here I am holding her under the bright sun. Diana, the mother of my child and the love of my life. Forever.
