Jonathan's POV:

"Jooooonaaathaaaaaaaaan! Please just die already!" Sock wined plopping himself on my bed while I did my homework

This was basically my every day life, I thought it was annoying at first but then I thought harder and that Sock was my only friend and who was helping me with my crappy life... He's the reason why I'm alive.

" No, I won't kill myself just because someone wants me to. If you need to, find someone else." I gestured him to get off

"But I can't I was assigned to you, so I can't leave your side." Sock pointed out

We'd have a conversation like this every so often, he would always say that, it made my heart warm understanding he can't leave me until I kill myself.

"Whatcha listening to?" Sock asked right when I put on my headphones

"Nothing yet, but I think I'll just browse and see how things are if not I'm going onto my playlist." I shrugged continuing to work.

Yeah this is nice, but what if years go by and I'm still alive... Will he still be there

"Jonathan... JONATHAN!" Sock shook me

"WHAT!? Huh wha?" Sock was a few inches away from my face
