I woke up to the sun glowing through our uncurtained windows. I sat up, realizing something was in my hand. I looked down and saw another hand intertwined with mine. I looked down to the floor and found Cole lying there, still fast asleep. I remember him wrapping his hand around mine just before I fell asleep. I smiled at the fact that he was still holding it after the entire night.

I rubbed my thumb gently on his hand and smiled as his stirred. I giggled at the cute little noises he made as he woke up. His eyes opened and a big smile spread across his face. "What?" I asked, blushing as he gazed at me, still smiling. "I knew waking up to you would be amazing." he said, quietly. I felt my face flush and I turned my head to look away. I turned my head in the direction of Summer's bed and saw John Stephen had his arms wrapped around her and she was nuzzled into his chest.

I stood and walked over to them. As I approached I saw a faint smile on her face. Aw, what a perfect picture! I pulled out my phone and snapped a picture to show her later. "So, how shall we wake them?" I asked Cole, mischieviously. He grinned and winked at me before saying he'd be right back and running out of the dorm. Uh oh...

A short while later, he came back, knocking lightly on the door. I let him in and saw he had a plastic bag with some materials in it. I peered in as he opened it up. Inside was an airhorn, two cans of silly string, purple and yellow, and a box of confetti. Where did he get all this? "We keep a stash." he said, as if he had read my mind. I giggled at the fact that they kept a prank materials stash.

He balanced the box of confetti on one of the shelfs above Summer's bed and handed me the purple silly string. "When I press this button, the air horn will go off. That's when we spray the silly string and once they're sitting up I'll dump over the confetti." he explained. I was slightly in awe at his thorough explanation of how to wake someone up, but I was very excited. I pulled out my phone and held it at the ready to take some pictures.

Cole counted to three and then blew the air horn. I laughed as John Stephen and Summer both jolted awake. I started spraying the silly string and pressed the capture button on my phone camera a couple of times. Almost instantly they sat up and Cole dumped the confetti. Summer jumped as the colorful bits of paper flew all around them. I continued to laugh and take pictures.

"Dude!" John shouted at Cole, though he was interrupted by his own laughter. Once we had all calmed down, we cleaned up our dorm and decided to go out for coffee. We walked down to the coffee shop we had gone to yesterday. "This is where we met." Cole whispered close to my ear. I shivered slightly as I nodded, smiling up at him. I looked ahead and realized that Summer was wearing a sweatshirt that was definitely not hers.

"Summer, who's sweatshirt is that?" I asked her. She turned to me and looked down at herself. "Oh, I still have Baylor's sweatshirt on." she said, surprised. I laughed. "Can one of you call him. Maybe have him meet us?" she asked. John Stephen scoffed, getting in line to order his drink. Cole nodded and turned, kissing my cheek before walking out to call Baylor. Good thing no one saw that.

"What was that?" Summer asked me. My head shot up to look at her. Shit! " What was what?" I pretended like I had no idea what she was talking about. "Don't give me that. You know exactly what I'm talking about. Why did Cole just kiss your cheek?" she asked. Well, there's no getting out of it now.
